I really should upgrade it though, before it catches fire or something.

The guild is made, Not solid, if someone wants to try to make one with a better name, you are welcome to (the guild seems to need a lot of work to be something you want to keep). My character is named Garleth on Ravenous, lets see where this goes, joining a larger guild is best done as a group anyway. Partial NDA's are pretty normal even after release. There was a wide open beta for Wildstar but if there is a smaller closed one running parallel to it then its not unusual for that to remain behind NDA forever. Its when the entire game is under NDA until the very end (like Elder Scrolls Online) that you should be getting worried.

If it's fun, I will give it a go as the only thing I miss most about WoW is the PVP. I've played a few hours of wildstar BG's and had an absolute blast. There's some REALLY cool shit you can do regarding class synergies and builds to keep it fresh and interesting. Felt like GW1 team arenas meets the twitch based gameplay of LoL.

I dunno what the common practice is, but the way it worked for wildstar was that anything that happened under NDA is forever under NDA. The private raid testing is forever under NDA. The "public" beta was under NDA for a long time, then the NDA got lifted at the end, but all the content from the NDA period is still protected.

Typically anything occurring under NDA which will at some point go public will have the NDA lifted. What's being mentioned is the NDA being lifted for beta, which is common for many closed/open betas nowadays. In addition to these beta tests, you also have a realm of testing that NonY was part of, which commonly will never have the NDA lifted. I'm not sure if he'd be able to comment now (as you may be able to comment you tested content for release, but are under NDA to release if you're testing new content currently), but many players that participate in the technical testing like raids, pvp, etc will be retained after the game is released for further testing. Someone in my raid group of Vanilla wow was one of these testers, and I have a friend who's currently part of this process for ES:O. I think it would be awesome to be so far ahead of the curve on raiding like that to be helping shape the encounter. One of the main reasons they leave these under NDA is that some encounters can still end up being changed after being tested, sometimes drastically from what I hear. Plus as a dev, once my game starts going downhill I don't want people leaking my new content might suck before it's even released, especially in an MMO where news like that can cost real money depending on where the player is in their sub cycle.
