(same rules as the breaking bad/game of thrones/manga threads) I disagree. You have to remember that the Youtude VODs aren't all done. So it's just "nice" to put spoils till the youtube VODs are out.
Also a few of us watch it via the twitch VOD's the next day or two at work, but I am smart enough to know that spoilers might happen and that they are not the end of the world

Yeah, i actually got spoiled, and i had recorded it myself via OBS. My fault for reading in the spoilers but... wow, it seems all the big spoilers happen in the last two hours ( when i go to sleep !)

Is there any chance that Bregor would've actually gained a level before + Show Spoiler +the fight with the mist dragon ?
I've been watching the recent you tube videos and it has occured to me a lot has happened since Bregor last leveled. + Show Spoiler + They found the mace, the spear, killed the goldgorger, fought and killed the pack of black dragons, fought in the war at the High Clerist Tower.
I know that in general, they do their house-keeping and exp tallying between sessions, but an extra hit-die worth of health might've + Show Spoiler +saved Bregor since I think he was -16. Bregor would just need to roll a 6 or higher because of his +1 modifier from his constitution .
In the D&D I've played in the past, exp tallying has varied from DM to DM. Some tally it on the spot. Some tally it at the next chance the PCs get a chance to sit down and fully absorb / reflect on their experiences. I assume they tally it between shows for the sake of the viewers (so that we wouldn't have to work out level-ups on screen and break the flow of events).

It's also possible that if Bregor was at a higher level, + Show Spoiler +the dragon would've been tougher too, Neil already said he nerfed the dragon breath after all. IIRC Bregor would've had spells and stuff too, so it was a major level gain, probably for the whole party. Best not to dwell on maths behind the screen - and there's a reason for that literal dungeon master screen and Neil only lifted it because he wanted to share the tenseness that he got to experience.

A single dice roll on screen to start next weeks roll play! A 6 or higher and bregor is alive! It shall be epic!

ABout Bregor
+ Show Spoiler +He is dead for right now guys. There is no going back from where the show ended, just as Neal has discussed about before. Even if for some reason they missed a point or two of damage somewhere or if Bregor leveled up earlier in the show and the extra HP would have saved them, they won't go back to save them. Only way now is if the group searches out for ways to rez him but even then Neal seems to be on the front of stopping the group from doing that because it is extremely rare and just make them dwell on the past. Just left Ryan pick a new character and I'm sure he will be just as awesome as before

+ Show Spoiler +I just want to see the reaction when he rolls a 1 again.

Much appreciated that you sped up the release of the youtube.

I'm gonna have to start watching these live, or all in one go. I spent the past week or two watching all of it from week one onward on youtube to catch up, each week in one sitting (sometimes several weeks at once). Loved all of it. But having to watch this week over four days flat out sucked and i'm certain it significantly affected my enjoyment. For the record i don't watch TV, so i'm not used to waiting for things. Impatient youth.
Time to sub methinks, that would let me avoid this issue completely yah?

If you can't wait, Ryan did his character yesterday during Dark Heresy.
http://www.twitch.tv/ryuzilla/b/471410534 Starting around 18:30:xx (thats hours)
Now i'm just hoping Neal nails the first appearance of the character well.

While we are on the topic of classes, does something like a battlemage exist in DnD, and have you used it before, neal? Someone who can fight like a regular fighter, and has spells to complement that rather than having to use ranged spells? + Show Spoiler +hmm... His character is so much like his previous one, and that bums me out a little bit. I thought the ranged-fighter could be cool, especially since war is going on so it would make sense that there are ranged military around, but rolling an elf again, animal focus (I love animals, dont get me wrong), obsession with rope, and picking up survival? Feels alot like how bregor was, except with better stats for fighting. Don't take this the wrong way, you guys play however you want and I'll still watch it, I just hope the character will be different enough so it doesn't feel like bregor 2.0

I think Paladin could be a class that uses spells while fighting as well as fights like a fighter. But i'm not sure.
About Ryan's character:
+ Show Spoiler +While i think there aren't many classes to choose from (especially in this situation), I actually have the same feeling. I edited out my first thoughts of his character, because i jumped in way too early. I was hoping it'd be like a Ranger of the North (from LotR) kind of fighter, who can use bows relatively well and can handle melee weapons well as well.
The Elf part can be good for future story development as well as bringing the character in, but i agree with you. The hawk add is pretty neat, i must say. That hawk better eat the ferret though.. :p
Nevertheless, i'm sure it's enjoyable to watch!

Has neal ever commented on whether there are wish spells in his ruleset? Pretty sure wish spells can rez anyone whose soul isn't trapped by something

They did have a wish with the ring few weeks back, but Vincent used it to save both Bregor and Abigael. I'm sure this has been discussed over and over after Tudagubs death and when they got the 3-wish ring.
About the resurrection, Neal said its possible but "Uber rare".
