What about using doodads. Or other statues/landscapes found on maps. What about using the same SC buildings for certain things. Like, using the forge for both academy and armory. Since the forge is used to upgrade pretty much what the travian acad/armory does, having a redundant picture isn't horrible. If you were to use zerg, it would seem ok to me if you were to use a hatchery pic for lots of different things, since that too follows SC gameplay. For instance, the mainbuilding and barracks and stables could be hatcheries. It might look confusing at first, but the effect could be cool. Plus, we all know our own village setups, so it wouldn't be that confusing. Anyway, I think it'd be amazing if you could do a SC based theme. If you are serious and want more help/ideas, let me know. | ||

Remember, you can use different colours on the same building if they are similar, or you can use a flashing building. Like blue barrack/idle rax = Barracks. red rax/flashing rax = Great rax. Factory = Workshop Supply depot red = warehouse Supply depot blue = granary Academy =  Eng bay = blacksmith (perhaps flashing/idle or red/blue to add armourer as well) Starport = Stables Main building = Command centre Rally point = comsat scanner? Cranny = bunker! Wall = minefield Uhmm can't think of anything else. | ||
