Lucky fusion dragon (and new fusion dragon strat) meant that I cut another 4:30 off my GS100% run. It actually saved more than that as I only used 52 resets as opposed to 58 (each reset adds around 5 seconds). Assuming a hard reset takes 5 second, then this would be the first 100% run under 5 hours.
Garrison's insane new Super Metroid WR (00:30 in-game). It's absolutely flabbergasting how much he has improved in the last year or so. If he keeps it up, he will eventually reach a sub-30 time.

Yep. Not really sure how. Sure, I used a couple different strats, including a trick that saved like 30 seconds but damn, 2:50 faster. It probably was Cherry Poppers, which I yolo'd through ridiculously fast. Good time.
I'm thinking of getting into speedrunning myself, and I've started by running the HotS mission "Supreme" on brutal mode. So far I've gotten a time of 9:47.
Here's the video I made of it (warning, HotS spoilers): + Show Spoiler +
I might do more missions or even a full campaign run later, depends if I can keep up the motivation

I never really got going with updating the runner list. Not fun enough.
Tyr: Adam & I are doing a Vice City race tonight at 8pm CET (prompt start!) if you're about for it!
Gotta get sub 3 or something.

For a general flicky update, I have a lot planned:
Routing Metal Gear Rising & Devil May Cry 3 Co-op. Learning Vice City, with the idea to learn 3 and maybe SA as well. (Casual) Doing casual runs of Bayonetta. Planning to do some All-Campaigns 4-Player L4D with the gang. Got a blind Tomb Raider race planned for Saturday the 23rd (10am GMT start if you want to join in!)
Also planning Blind Playthroughs of Anarchy Reigns (white/black side) & Jak 1-3.

Are you running this completing every mission or just any%?
There is no any% You have to complete every mission in order to finish the game. Also you just linked a mostly timed mission.
Also why are you even doing the swarm host and ultra evolutions? Pretty sure they don't gain enough time to merit doing them. And if you do Dominion space missions before you do the Stukov missions then you don't have infestors available for the rescue mission. Having infestors means you can just perma neural parasite tanks and thors and plow through the level faster.
I was actuall wondering which evolutions are worth it... I am not even sure about the baneling but i am using kerrigan spell so far as it allows me to solo alot~
Also Dont know which spells to use or which evolutions yet but i will find out soon.

I did however beat the mission with 3 waves of shuttles left on brutal with a hydra queen mix.. Which was what I wanted to point out.. Sorry if it was unclear.
I hope more people will try their luck in hots speedruns
