What does a private hive let people do? Can we modify things etc or is it just someone elses unbroken (ie earlier patch) hive that would be used? | ||

I've seen some servers marked as having increased vehicles/vehicle spawns, different types of vehicles, more buildings (there were apartments and a fire station in Kamenka), and i've seen some with messages about supply drops (random drop of supplies with a server wide message as to their location). I'm not sure how they have done this but it seems to be common enough to be within expectations for a private server we were to set up. EDIT: Also, the idea of having an invite only server would be awesome, no hackers, no ghosting, no betrayals (people who say they are friendly until they find a gun), planned server events (hunger games!) and playing with friends/friends of friends sounds like a lot of fun. I'm really getting excited about this idea | ||

Had an awesome engagement earlier. Had an M16, and was driving around in my hatchback. Between noby/stary sobor, I ran across an Escalade and green gar going the other way. Immediately, they stopped and turned to follow me. I knew it would end in a confrontation at some point, so I booked it into stary and hopped out as i pulled behind a building. The SUV pulled around the same building, and I laid into the windows. Less than 10 shots in, I killed the passenger. As he started driving off, I took out the driver. Second car unloaded, and the passenger comes around the building firing an M14. I ducked behind a corner, and then popped out with my M16 on burst and tore her apart. The last guy jumped back in the car, and started to drive off. I emptied the remainder of my magazine into the left side of the car, and took out his left tires. He hopped out, proned and let off a burst with his FAL. Every shot missed, although some were close enough to finally put me into shock. I pulled my weapon up as he reloaded, and let him have 3 good bursts to the head. Unfortunately, I had about 45 zombies on my ass at that point. Expended every pistol round available on all 5 of us, finally cleaned it up, looted the bodies, and headed off. Coreclan.net is the host, definitely check it out. | ||

(battleye: admin ban xarthridnexus - hacking)) which is pretty fucked up | ||

Also, the window screen on the helicopter seems to block bullets from hitting the pilot, thats twice now i have been shot through glass with a lee enfield and not taken a hit. EDIT: aw, my heli is gone  | ||

Quick question though, by private server you mean a password protected one right? If it is password protected, would there no restrictions on bandit activities or would it be mega carebear land? | ||
