They only removed the NDA for certain journalists that would let them air exactly 15 minutes of game footage from the open beta weekend.. To be exact.

Press NDA was lifted a week? or maybe more by now ago. They now also lifted the rest of those who played the stress tests.
Full beta is still under NDA

No they removed the whole NDA today.

Text from link + Show Spoiler +From this point on, you're invited to share your experiences in the ESO beta with others!
Testers have been chomping at the bit to post their impressions of The Elder Scrolls Online publicly, and we're ready to set you loose on the world. Starting today, the Non-Disclosure Agreement has been lifted, so you'll be able to share your thoughts!
There isn't a beta event taking place now, but we'll hold another soon--watch for invites. You'll be free to capture and share footage and screenshots, stream your gameplay, and talk about the game wherever you'd like during that test (and in future tests).
We want to see what you have to say, so share your thoughts, guides, articles, and impressions with us on Facebook, Google+, Twitter, and Tumblr!

There's still partial NDA. I was watching the Tamriel Foundry stream today, and they could show recorded footage from previous betas, but they can't stream the current beta. I don't think this restricts much information anyways.

For those who want to try this weekend beta, there's a giveaway over @ MMORPG.com. I took a key in case so I'll just leave it here as I have no intention to play.

Assuming this is like the last 2 beta weekends. If you already had a key they will sent the same key in a mail each beta weekend. Yet if you claimed the key before it is now useless. So plz check if you played previous beta weekends and wish to share a key for this one ^^

Have a great time, and see you all out there. I'm Khanahar, and I'll be Covenant at launch, but will be playing Pact this beta test.

Also, for anyone who hasn't been keeping up from the power-gaming point of view, the big news is that the soft-caps are quite restrictive for certain stats, notably magicka and armor. For instance, an Altmer in 6 pieces of light armor with literally ZERO stat points in magicka will run up against the cap.
To me, this is a really good thing. I was really worried that the only viable builds would be very stat-maximizing: Altmers with everything in magicka, light armor, destro staff. It looks like the soft-caps mean that everyone will be running some kind of a hybrid, as even pure mages will want to at least wear some heavy armor, or be Nords, or what have you.

Hadn't kept up with the news since I lost interest in this game but wtf? I understand it in the sense that they want it all class/race combos to be viable but softcaps just punish "casuals" a lot. Its stuff that you need to research/calculate to find out what your stats need to be to hit caps ect ect. It needlessly punishes people for not reading theorycraft.

Here's my friend key, should work for the first person fast enough to use it. Hopefully you'll enjoy the game more than I did.

Well, it does punish you if you're too casual to even look at the stat sheet, where this is clearly indicated; orange numbers are overcharged (as the tooltip tells you.) But seriously, being too casual to look at the stats sheet is gonna punish you in any system.

Thanks a bunch man! Took the key and just finished downloading the beta overnight. I hope you don't mind me adding you as a friend when I start playing? I'll probably be terrible at the game and could use some friendly noob-advice as I've only ever played Skyrim out of the TES-series.
Again, a huge thank you!
