I think that is fine. It requires intelligent movement etc. What I think should be changed is the jump shooting. No weapon should be 100% accurate while jumping. It removes they risk when holding certain angles. Like on Miragee B behind the car.

Scout is the most fun gun in the game. I would buy it every round if my team didn't make such a big deal about it. Well, I still buy it every round.

jump shooting is so stupid. makes the game feel more cod like (if the cz wasn't bad enough)

i agree. there are like a million versions of the same kill on d2 in csgo frag videos where some guy with an awp/scout/cz/whatever jumps from elevator and kills someone on a site. fucking silver leaguers can hit that shot in go, in a year or two's time (assuming there are no changes to midair accuracy) no one is going to give a shit when people pull those kinds of frags.
in 1.6/source jumping accuracy was so low that when you saw someone hit a midair shot you knew that even if the aim part of it was nothing special it was at least interesting because the probability of that shot hitting is so low due to the huge random element in midair accuracy in those games.

There's something to be said about running accuracy too, I would argue.

yeah, to be honest anything that doesn't involve counter straffing/stopping to shoot in CS kind of sucks. Pistols and SMGs, as well as the scout because of the jumping accuracy are pretty retarded in my opinion, but don't matter enough to be a real problem.

Played 4 games of Inferno without a single hacker, joined my friend's stack that had a guy who could only play dust2 and queued into blatant ones.
what a great game with great players

I generally find it best to just ignore dust2 when you queue (that's also where 100% of my overwatch cases come from too). Now, you'll be stucking playing inferno/mirage all day but hey, those are better maps imo

Or you know, could play OVERPASS :D

Would there be a reason why hackers would be playing on Dust2 only, that I am unaware of? Dust2 happens to be most played, so obviously most of the overwatch cases would come from there too.

So when they queue, they queue all maps and forget to check off only the maps that they want to play. And of course if dust2 gets everyone the fastest game ready, then dust2 it is!

I played Overpass MM for the first time 2 days ago, and I found it refreshing that the other team accused us of 'having played the map before' instead of hacks or server performance!

If anything, that would increase your chances of meeting hackers on maps that isn't Dust2.

I love Inferno to death and can play it all day, but it was just unfortunate that I had to queue dust2 on a potentially ranking game. Killed my solid winstreak...

maybe it's bad logic, but from my experience, all the fishy players i have met were on dust2 so far.
side note: Xizt uses the exact same crosshair i use hahaha

whyd u ever queue anythign other than cache/mirage

I think Dust 2 is popular with cheaters because most of them are casuals/COD kiddies and simply know no other map.

So they picked Maikelele. if Get_Right and Friberg get decent again, NiP might be pretty amazing again...
