I bought the game hoping that it was gonna be closer to CS 1.6 than CS:Source.. but after playing for few hours.. you can easily tell the game feels like CS:Source and I just cant image a competitive scene out of this game. Counter strike was dead since the release of CS:Source and this CS:GO is not good enough to bring back the game. GG. | ||

Seriously, if you're going to talk about why you don't like it, at least fucking explain the reason. All this shit talking of GO, and only like 1/5th of those posts actually offer actual reasons, and facts as to why they dislike it. | ||

Before I write my reasons I just want let u guys know that my english is bad HAHAH... well , the main problem is that in 1.6 you can actually feel the shots and you can agree with the damage input that you or you hit the enemy.. but in CS:GO as in CS:Source that feeling disappeared (At least for me) which the game becomes boring. And I believe that this happens because the aim and the game balance is broke.Also the flash , smoke ,etc all bombs are worse than 1.6 im my personal opinion. there's many more reasons and however im disappointed  PS: I did play in a pro level at CS 1.6 but not in any top famous team heh however GG | ||

and before you insult anyone here by saying, "you didn't play cs 1.6 or source", many of us have acknowledged that we've played the previous games, and have come to the conclusion that cs:go is a different game, just like source was pretty different from 1.6, and that 1.6 was a huge leap from 1.5 as well. A lot of the comments here are mostly about the changes made, not that many are actual "hate" on go. | ||

HAHAHA However I stopped playing CS for the last 6-7 years so I don't give s hit about the game because Counter strike is dead from people like you who has no idea about what requires in a game to become competitive which is all about balance.( just like stracraft 1/2) And when aim and the damage output is so broke you cant really test your skill/strategies to beat other people. And nobody cares if CS:Source is a different game from CS 1.6. because the main problem is that Valve tried to upgrade the CS 1.6 just because of the success and once they released CS:Source they failed so hard that killed the community. and for the last I was not talking to you and either giving you the reasons.. so plz dont quote this User was temp banned for this post. | ||

Yeah, i'm having tons of fun with cs:go. it's surprising how big a difference between a 4hit kill on M4 is, and a 5hit kill with M4 is, between source and go. I really like the competitive matchup stuff, I've been having a lot of great games where everyone is try hard, and teamwork and strategy is actually a part of the game, rather than the usual run like retards and shoot. another small quip, is the rounds feel really short~, they should add another 15-30 seconds per round imo. | ||

If anything they toned down the ak/colt a little bit/left the awp alone and everything else got a bit of a boost in dmg/movement speed. They changed the patterns of the recoils so you have to learn the patterns again on the guns. Hitboxes are different but broken? lol source hitboxes were garbage, you didnt even how to be shooting at the guy at you would still hit him. | ||
