But I do agree that the new BM nodes are awesome, and I even like going BM with melee while forgoing all dmg auras. However, I don't buy the ele res advantage, considering you can go Purity without BM. On what build I'll play on live, I don't know yet. I'll try a dual totem crit Ice Nova + Shock Nova build with EE on the next wipe and see if I like it. If the Frenzy Charges don't change I might go 1h dagger + shield crit Flicker Strike. | ||

incinerate lightning ball FT deserved to be nerfed, its too good in tandem with the added x fire dmg from wands/sceptre. i just hope they dont touch the totem nodes/spell totem.... the nerf to blood rage is the more disturbing one, since a certain pair of boots will be even more mandatory (and made legacy eventually).. | ||

undergeared incinerate means i cannot stand in one spot for too long or his attacks really hurt even with 4ecs plus his attacks really lag up the screen | ||

I died over 10 times on normal and even more on cruel. I tried to see a pattern, but the fight is so incredibly clusterfucked and Malachai's attacks aren't very slow either. Guess I definitely will roll a strong single target melee char on the new servers. | ||

You can just pick up some Life/ES hybrid nodes and maybe some really good ES nodes like the ones in the shadow vagina and you are completely fine if you run discipline. This VoD from Etup is a good example: http://www.twitch.tv/etup/v/4953999 He is using discipline and as you can see at the start of the vod, the only ES nodes he picked up are the Life/ES between Shadow and Witch | ||

1.1.0 Vaal Pact no longer suppresses life recovery from flasks. It still prevents life regeneration and now also reduces your leech by 60%. | ||
