Milan, although I wish them to fail at everything until Juve gets the scudetto. Then again Barcelona's play style is boring to me. Marseille, because I think they are the better team & I don't like Robben at all and have vowed to never cheer for his team ever. It may seem like I only root for the underdogs lawl Obvious troll is obvious LOL

Also Thiago Silva was injured on the weekend, whether he recovers for this clash is unknown, huge loss IMO.I agree with some of your points, but saying that Milan cannot win, is a mistake imo. They are for sure major underdogs, but I believe they have a That said, Barcelona is arguably the best football team today, so it's going to be a tough game.

If only... xD Also, I hope Barca demolish Milan. Don't like them in general. Overall, I expect it to be like this: RM > APOEL Benfica > Chelsea Bayern > Marseille Can't call the 4th one.

Yep, I just feel the gap is too large between the squads, Allegri is a masterful tactician but I don't think he can do enough to reduce the quality gap. With Pato and Silva out, also releasing Pirlo, Milan is in a worse position compared to last season, Mexes and Taiwo have been somewhat disappointing despite looking like good acquisitions on paper. On the other hand, Barcelona have improved their squad, Fabregas, Alexis Sanchez are big important signings, former youth team players like Thiago are being integrated into the first team too. May I also add what a shocking game the referee had in the Chelsea - Napoli game? Gave every 50/50 to Chelsea, they do not deserve to be in this round, I hope Benfica can expose their faults to the fullest, they did it against Man Utd.

Other than that, I think Madrid will go through, though I hope Apoel will ![]() As for Chelsea and Benfica, it's hard to say, I'm not entirely sure of how strong Benfica are, but on the other hand I don't think Chelsea are too strong at the moment, sure didn't look like it against Spurs on the weekend. And lastly, I think Bayern are in for an easy win.

The mere fact that it is over 2 games goes against against Milan. Ofcourse Milan can win, but lets be realistic, Milan is not a team this season that is going to beat Barcelona by keeping cleansheets, unlikely at home and certainly not in the reverse fixture. maybe at home they can edge a win. But over 2 games ? No matter how I look at it that favours Barcelona somewhat overwhelmingly especially considering how Milan didnt show up to play against a resurgent (but not nearly as good as Barcelona) Arsenal team. Even 5-10 minute lapses like the first half in the second leg last round could take the tie away from them. Barca is really hot right now. As for Ibra, well its common knowledge his primary attribute is trashing fodder teams (a good one to have for leagues mind you), I dont see him being a huge factor.

The defense, and especially Pique have been really lacking as of late, and we saw in the group stage at the CAmp Nou, that Milan only got 2 chances at goal, but they score on both of them, whereas Barca can sometimes have 10-20 shots on goal, and maybe only score once or twice. Shift your support to Malaga now, travel to Spain, take some pictures, and you'll never be accused of being a bandwagoner, EVER! they have the funds to compete with Madrid and Barcelona, also it won't be long before Mourinho packs up and leaves, Guardiola too. Malaga will win the league soon enough.Benfica are a strong home team primarily, but they can get results on the road, they finished first in their group that saw Man Utd only qualify for the Europa League.

THe teams of Manchester did pretty bad in Europe though. United lost to Basel and were close to getting knocked out by ajax in EL and got knocked out convincingly by Bilbao the next round. I agree Benfica is a pretty strong team though :D.

Being called a bandwagoner is part of being a Barca fan these days I'm afraid Personally I've been following them since 1998, due to Patrick Kluivert transfering from AC Milan to Barca :pBut regarding Malaga, I just find it hard to believe in them, with the display they have done this season, and with the kind of money they have, they went and made some kinda weird transfers in my opinion. But yeah, it will be interresting to follow none the less - maybe we can get some more competetion for the top spots. EDIT: Good news for all Barca fans, Ibrahim Afellay is in the squad for the Milan game!

They only spent 50 million euros this season, last season less than 5 million , now in the top 4 with the guidance of the underrated Pellegrini, last season they finished 11th (1st season in charge), before that almost relegated so they're on the up ![]()

Damn, I miss the Rafa Benitez Valencia who won two leagues in 2002/2004 and got Champion League Finals two times in a row. I hate that Barca/Madrid dominance.

If yes, he's not underrated, he's one of the best coaches imo.

http://www.dur.ac.uk/r.a.hill/red_advantage.htm The teams with red strips or predominant redness have an advantage both in psychology of the players and in terms of referee bias. I think it seems like a pretty legit theory, for example Man Utd are famous for very very rarely conceding penalties in Old Trafford. Not sure how much it holds up in foreign countries but it's interesting to note that in the Euros 2004 they found that teams often did better in their red strip than their other colour ie white! We famously won the 1966 world cup wearing red against w germany's white.
