Id have jumped on lebrons ankles before he even got to mid-court. Did Ashton really think he could somehow stop him near the basket?

Gibson on James like he said below. I am just throwing it out there because the lineups the Bulls are trying aren't working against the Heat starters and a big reason for that is they are having trouble with the pick and roll whenever it involves James. At least with that lineup 4/5 the players can keep up with him on a switch and Boozer is at least tall.

I used to be an OKC fan, but from now on i'll be cheering for the mavs. Durant can win rings later, Dirk has to win now and rightfully deserves to. GO DIRK!

Good call, WIlbon. Good call.

Who's the drunk commentator who said Durant was passing as well as LeBron James? I don't like James after the ordeal with the Cavs, but he's an amazing ballplayer who's waaaaay better than Durant in most parts of the game, especially passing..

Pretty good game going on here. Dallas getting some calls, but physicality is being allowed more so. Can't believe Durant isn't getting fed, regardless of Dallas' defensive scheme.
I laughed at Van Gundy's comment that there should be a "crowd technical" for lack of basketball IQ. OKC fans aren't the sharpest of the bunch.

FFS Peja.. they put you in the game for a single reason and you keep missing pretty badly

I've been thinking about this. Why don't the Bulls just throw Ronnie Brewer on Lebron? Wait, I know, I know, this sounds borderline retarded, but let me explain my rationale.
1. Ronnie Brewer is a strong on-ball defender. With Lebron playing point guard (not point-forward, just point guard), most of the time, Brewer would present an irritating force for Lebron. In the two victories for the Heat, no one can deny Lebron's spectacular facilitating and distributing. Disrupting that has to be worth something.
2. Lebron does not really have a post game. I have no doubt that Lebron will try to post up Brewer, if he was ever his primary defender. But watch when Lebron posts up smaller guys. He makes a few half hearted moves and will often transition into a face up jump shot (usually by sliding his pivot a little, but who doesn't.) He can't score with his back to the basket! This neutralizes some of the height advantage.
3. Lebron can shoot - but it's not the best facet of his game. Leaving Brewer on Lebron may cause him to fall into "Dirk Mode" where he tries to shoot over the smaller man. I think, this would be a good thing for the Bulls.
4. Of course, Lebron would probably just demolish a guy who's 3 inches shorter and 50 pounds lighter. So...maybe never mind.

Dirk Mode is a bad thing?

Well the team as a whole keeps throwing up 3s and are missing every single one.
Win by the 3 lose by the 3 ugh.

Mavs just not feeling it tonight. OKC played very well. Mavs got their 1 win on the road, just need to continue to hold serve at home.

Disgusting def-performance by the Mavs getting no rebounds at all ...

Dirk 2011 Playoffs is just unfair.
