Im sorry, i cant express my frustration, what does one have to do, to just play a fucking video game. I should also mention that GFWL is working perfectly fine with Microsoft Flight, signs in right away, pressing Home activates the overlay instantly. Why the fuck is DS doing this to me. | ||

Ive been looking through that reddit all night as well, none of the "fixes" are working for me. I dont mean i skimmed through the reddit, i mean i seriously looked at any thread remotely related to my problem, going through with ctrl+f, looking for anything that could help. No luck so far. I dont want to keep searching, but frankly i dont think i can go to sleep, knowing that when i wake up, my games still broken and i wont be able to play. | ||

The DS community is usually pretty helpful because we all know how much issues the PC port can cause for some people. :3 Praise the sun! | ||

Well ive posted about 20 times in the steam forums, other people made threads with the exact same problem as me, so we all came together and shared some possible fixes, but again no luck. I guess il make a Reddit account. Although, there is 1 thing i havent tried, and its a long shot, but ill try the DSCfix (DS connectivity fix) or w/e, and see if something happens. | ||

The DSCfix is exclusively about coop unless something changed recently. Personally I'm guessing it will be something as simple as "reinstall GFWL from source xyz" because it conflicts with the GFWL you already have installed. | ||

Good day everyone! If anyone with windows 8 intends to buy this fantastic game, they might incur into a problem where Games for Windows Live fails to work (says something about not being able to connect). If this happens, you have to uninstall all Games for Windows Live programs (there should be two, one being the "marketplace") and reinstall it from here: http://www.xbox.com/en-US/LIVE/PC/DownloadClient edit : and it's already what was posted =p | ||

Apparently anyways, ive tried old and new versions of it, and not getting anywhere. I just made a thread of reddit, lets hope the tech heads come to save me! Lol, steam says ive put in 90mins into Dark souls, that time is just from me starting it up and seeing if GFWL is working so many times. I haven't even played the fucking thing yet! lulz | ||
