Sounds like you are playing on pS3 or xbox. You will be gibbed with that set up in 64 man with out the infantry radar and smoke screen. Especially with all the Javelin spam.
well you cannot assume just like that. from my experience, ANY solo-rambo-esque vehicles are just easy food. if the guy is playing with his team supporting, you do not need infantry radar/smoke screen
this is simple to beat. as support, i run up to you from hiding out behind a barrel and inching my way up to you i drop 3 c4's on you and explode it. tank goes kaboom.
on HC anyway. duno how much HP tanks have on normal probably way more than they should.

I know that man. i do that all the time. But when i gun for someone else, i always look behind :D people like you are the 1st to die haha. I leave the front to the main gunner, while i cover the tank's ass with my LMG. As how the minimap only shows where the main turret aiming, they pop out from cover try get to the tank's ass and always get killed by me because i dont care about the front of the tank. Usually i get more kills than the main gunner himself, especially guarding the tank.

Really getting sick of this game without the TL server up, feel like I have nowhere to play. Servers with obvious hackers never kick those guys but yet I get kicked for doing mildly ok and the little message thing says admin kicked me for "hacking". Can people tell me where you play so I can actually have fun on this freaking game? My in game ID is VY_CMa.

Got kicked today on a server were the first round I played (out of 2) horribly and barely got any kills but on the 2nd round on Sharqi I started as chopper gunner, I got 12 kills in a row (easy since we took out there heli as soon as the round started) and then was kicked for hacking. It was obvious I was not doing anything wrong but they kept many of the other team kept staying close together, the splash from the main cannon on the chopper ate them up quickly. Everyone that also wants someone to play with (America/Canada servers, but I still don't get bad lag on France and Germany) please add me, I don't really have any friends on this game. ID VY_CMa.

Reddit has an amazingly good server imo. It's usually full with a 1-5person Q to get in, which is like a 5-10min wait. They cycle through all the B2K maps and 2-3 old maps (caspian/firestorm/kharg). It's based in canada and I get a ping of like 30 playing from WI. They constantly ban hackers and the admins are awesome with their response time, you can even type something in chat to immediately call an admin's attention to a certain player.
Jet's are so much fun once you learn to fly them, couple basic tips if anyone is planning to try Jets out.
- Don't go 64 player server, the amount of targets is essentially the same for you in both 64 and 32 but the amount of people locking missiles on you is higher on 64. - You need to lead a lot with the minigun to land hits, it's not as obvious as with ground weapons. - Use WASD + Arrow keys rather than mouse. - Use C to switch to chase camera, this is pretty much a must in dogfights or you lose track of your enemy in no time. I would recommend using chase view whenever you're not gunning someone down. - Using S to slow turn is really helpful especially in dog fights. - If someone with 10 Jet service stars is constantly killing you, switch server. :D
Oh man. suddenly im in love with Javelin. Especially nowadays people are willing to carry a SOFLAM, its fricking amazing.
I would also like to point out the map balance of the B2K maps are really bad. Example, there's a map where there's a beach head assault etc, the defending team can spawn on the hotel, which is a REALLY TALL building which takes like 15secs to climb to the top.
Its fricking OP. It overlooks the entire map, with a 3man squad of a SOFLAM Recon + Javelin Engineer + support with ammo, the enemy team can't use any vehicles whatsoever.
Get the Support to throw ammo and cover the only entrance up, soflam drop and hide in a corner....while the javelin engineer go have fun. I do this all the time, and the 3-man squad on top of hotel will prevent any sort of Vehicle / Air play by the enemy. Yes they can use their air vehicles to try and clear the roof top, but more likely the longer range of SOFLAM/Javelin will clear them before they get near. Javelin 1hit KO Helis + Jets, its too OP.
Any ground LAV/Jeeps/Tanks are just sitting ducks from the Javelin attacking from the top of hotel.

the world has truly gone insane, i remember a time when AAA titles used to cost $30, and even then I was skeptical about spending that much on a video game.
