Besides, he was running support class, so no way it could have been a MAV. I see freelancer setting up his mortar, so I move the hacker to our team, and asked freelancer if he noticed anything, he said his mortar minimap instantly lit up with markers for the opposing team. Hacker then tries to go back to the other team and Jochan sees his minimap light up again. It was obvious that he was hacking at that point so we banned him. | ||

I don't play hc (at leastn ot yet anyway) but the most I do is rpg the chopper I'm in when I get chopper sniped by some idiot who can't fly. That's always a riot. | ||

also, ive played almost only recon and while im good at it ive been trying to start playing with assault and engineer and its...frustrating. might sound really noobish, but could use some help/guides on how to handle your main wep in mid/long range. edit. and anything else thats helpful really. except for stuff like rp gs are good, defib people etc. | ||

Never go full auto. Try and control yourself to only let out like 3-4 bullets when you fire. | ||

I also killed myself on Sienne Crossing the other day at C, when I came through the entrance near the building and shot off a rocket to kill the guy on the third floor.... and all the wall came down on my head. | ||

I was heading to D and managed to chase a few guys into a building. I killed two people in a building overlooking D, blew out the window with a RPG and the debris killed another person. I jumped out of the window and took the cap. I should uninstall because I will never do anything cooler than that. | ||

I've had a few cool kills the last two days. On Firestrike or whatever, I've landed on that smokestack in the middle of the map a few times, killing my entire heli of dumbshit pubs. Then I proceeded to rain down rockets on people. On Caspian rush, I got my most badass one by far yet when I bailed out of a jet after going striaght up, and coming down, I saw a guy on a roof and landed right on his ass and gutted him. Beautiful. | ||

Always aim for the head. in close quarter combat i just burst into their head because its a damage race and you can afford to stop firing. Aiming for the head there is most important. IF you two do a straight fight the one with more bullets to the head wins. Oh and almost always aim for more headshots with these classes, they take aim very fast. Assault is very mobile, use it to flank for easy kills. a good flank ambush can give you like 5 kills without much danger. Engi is a pain for the tanks that dont have much support (i.e. non clanwar servers), you can shoot him from anywhere and be back into cover instantly. Once you get used to the curve the rocket is doing, you can even shoot over objects and never be in danger. Since you are good at recon you probably know all the nice spots, so move in a way that you are not vulnerable to them | ||
