In other words, it seems really weird that your game says she's only expert.

Ah the trainers are supposed to give them at 90 or above. I used the console to give myself the quest and the related quest item.
Ok, that doesn't work. The quest won't work as it should. I'll see what happens when I master destruction.

I don't recall seeing the "anything else to learn about destruction" (or something like that) dialogue option before hitting 100 and possibly learning all spells available at the time (not sure about the last criteria).

This is the case according to uesp. I mastered alteration and illusion a while before going to the trainers in the college to get the ritual quests, so I do not know for sure.
Also, does the number of pieces of heavy armor you have equipped affect how much xp you get? Could I equip some heavy and some light armor and get full xp for both types at once?

You gain skill lvls as durability falls, so you get less with diff armor types

Durability does not exist in Skyrim. You just gain xp by taking damage while having armor equipped.

Is there any point of going Conjure Archery if I have a Daedric Bow and Arrows? (I'm 100 in both Archery and Conjuration, no points in conjuration though)

I seem to have stumbled upon a glitch. I have a trail of fire following me wherever I go =/ I'm at lv 49 right now and I'm not sure if its a sign of badassery to have a trail of fire at my feet lol. Its a bit retarded when I'm mounted on a horse and it looks like I have fire coming out of my ass though XD
I know its a visual glitch but does anyone know a fix for it?

It's much better early on though and I'm not sure the perks are worth getting at your level. With the Mystic Binding perk, it does the same raw damage as an un-upgraded daedric bow and is quite awesome as a lvl 50 skill, but it's not enchantable, poisonable or improvable by smithing.
EDIT: I'm guessing you mean the "Bound Bow" conjuration skill.

You can have the equivalent to Daedric Bound Swords as a level 3 High Elf or Breton.
Granted, it might be a die roll on whether you can even get the bound sword spell at that level...On December 15 2011 13:44 happyft wrote:Show nested quote +On December 15 2011 09:09 Torenhire wrote:On December 15 2011 09:04 Kipsate wrote: ''ow hey, another one here to lick my father's boot''

You can buy bound sword from Farengar Secret-Fire in Whiterun. No dice roll.

you can sometimes get spells in the next level of proficiency when your skill is about 5 levels before the next 25 step
once you actually hit 25/50/75, the skill is definitely available at any court mage

Kinda sucks that the illusion spells later on are all AOE. I want my Illusion calm to be single-targeted, not AOE, just higher level so it can affect NPCs and such
