Terramex for the C64...... best game i ever played by far.... took over a year to complete it. and you had to wait over an hour for it to load via casette!!!! I played it a few years ago when i found my old c64 in the loft..... was still just as hard as when i was 5 lol.

Secret of Mana is probably the first CRPG I played, and one of those games I replay now and again.

Duke Nukem 3D. Spent sooooooo many hours doing crazy maps in BUILD.

Warcraft 2. Unfortunately kind of dated, but I promise you it was the shit back in '96!

Those frustrating puzzles in Myst still give me nightmares... :/

Kind of easy game, but the soundtrack was just awesome. I would also include just about every Lucasarts adventure game as a childhood-defining game

i used to be really good at this, my brother too, he used to play with baldours before he went to aAa. The only close person to me who still plays is my best friend, and he and his team qualified to the ESWC ^_^ super proud of him :D

TA is there purely because its the 1st RTS i ever played, most of my time when i was young (10-12) was sunk in CS and BW, then i started playing lots of others. AoE, AoE2, CoD, Dynasty Warriors etc etc

Dune, used to play it on my old sega. Fun stuff, first rts I've ever played aswel.

Warcraft 2, jesus christ, so many hours have I spent playing this game. I used to make my own maps aswel, lol. Loved playing with AI allies.

My favorite fighting game when I was a kid, maybe not the best amongst the fighting games but I did enjoy it more then street fighter or tekken, have it emulated on my pc today still. MK3Ultimate on sega.

So many more games that made my childhood but I'll close off with this one.
That's right, Sonic and Knuckles. Actualy I love all the sonic games on sega genesis, don't care about the ones that came after. But S&K was great because it took everything previous sonic games did and added to that, graphics, better levels, other playable characters. Spent years on sonic games.

Harvest Moon for the Super Nintendo. I still get the itch to play every now and then, maybe not this version, but it's definitely my favorite.

Shining Force for the Sega Genesis. Probably the only RPG I've beaten more than 3-4 times.

Warcraft 2. Oh wow. I was only like 8 when Battle.net edition came out, but by the time I stopped playing my record was something like 1500 wins 900 losses. This game made me an RTS junkie. Loved me some NWTR.
