I'm glad the Niners finally won and even more elated that it was vs the Raiders, but uhh... we still suck. If Gradkowski and McFadden could have played we would have been smashed... that team has been full of idiots long before phillips was there. Even Parcells wasn't able to force them to cut down the penalties, they've had problems for a long time.

The problem is too many egos in one locker room = bad team chemistry = a total mess.

Theyve lost by a combined 8 pts in the falcons, saints and eagles games. Smith had 7 turnovers in those games. FUUUUUUCK. They are not a great team by any means, but I still stand by my belief that they should be winning that division no problem if they ever had a fucking halfway decent QB. FUCK. Did anyone see this??? http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/blog/shutdown_corner/post/Tom-Brady-throws-temper-tantrum-beefs-with-Terr;_ylt=ArDxfb_qBb1qrhLCnDgH_OTTrYZ4?urn=nfl-277528#comments suck my dick, that is not roughing the passer or anything close to it

Still a long way to go hawk esp when you count how many penalties and miscommunication there seems to be. I just want my 80's 90's 49er's back

I still think the main thing is that Smith is fucking terrible. He shows flashes of skills, but it's always one step forward, two steps back. He is only truly efficient in a shotgun (where he played 90% of the time in college because of Meyer's gimmicky as fuck offense) and that takes away from Gore's worth. I don't think there's any answer on the roster now, but fuck, I'd kill for even a mid ranged starter at this point, even Kyle Orton or someone who I fucking hate. I can't stand watching Smith anymore In other NFL news, Andy Reid is indecisive about his QBs still. Kolb has three 300 yd games in five starts. Vick has two in his career. Reid is a passing coach. Why is this even a debate??

I don't even understand how you can get defensive pass interference on that rofl. Not saying it was offensive, the push off is big but it does tend to happen quite a bit without being called. But pass interference on Flowers? really?

I know that Johnson caught the ball anyway, but if he hadn't, the ref would have basically given Houston the game there. Or at least put them in field goal range.

Though it is kind of interesting to see Fisher get so much out of so little every damn year.

I've never played fantasy football but my viewpoint is: unless a team benefits the Packers in some way, I want them to lose. I can't ever imagine wanting a single player doing well against my team. Spoken like someone who has never played FF. It's far more important that your fantasy team wins (especially when you put money on it), than the team for which you cheer. You have much more invested in a fantasy team than a team you have, literally, no control over. Fantasy is about pride and money, something real football can't bring. Wade is definitely bottom three in the league. Those penalties, and constant mental mistakes are on the coaches, imo. You have to have your team better prepared than he has them... there's no control over that team at all. I didn't see the Raiders game, but (having Bush, who is better than DMac every day of the week), I was watching his stats all game. All I could think was "Man, Campbell really sucks; Bush has had sixteen carries for a quarter, and they keep going three and out, so it's not on him." I think that could become a very dangerous two back team if they can get both backs healthy at the same time.

I wish they'd start to suspend Steelers, Ravens, Jets, and Titans players for these hits. I know a lot of people think they're "incidental," but the amount of hits like that that those teams have doesn't seem incidental to me. Plus I hate all those teams and would love to see stars of theirs suspended in general, so for me it'd be a win-win scenario. And Brady is such a bitch. He thinks every time he gets tackled that it should be a roughing call. I'd love to see him get wrecked in the open field one day; just for being such a pantie-waste. Chris Johnson's excitement is completely overshadowed by the rest of that team being completely dreadful to watch. In general though, I don't particularly care to watch CJ over other HB's. I might be in the minority here, but I don't think he's the best HB in the league like so many people think.. I think AP is vastly superior to him in every way except raw speed. If you control gaps against CJ he's not as effective. He doesn't break tackles a lot, and he can't move piles. If he can squeak through a crack, he's gone, but if a defender gets an arm on him, he's down. I don't like him very much... to top it off, he has a weird twitch and looks like a crack head.
