Gates 17rec 242yards 4TDs Dallas 21rec 207yards 2TDs Keller 15rec 226yards 3TDs Shockey 14rec 138yards 1TD Finely 17rec 265yards 0TD Cooley 14rec 197yards 1TD Olsen 10rec 140yards 2TDs Shiancoe 11rec 169yards 1TD These don't include this weeks games, but I'm pretty sure that proves my point. The numbers are all close enough in nearly all categories aside from the few TEs that are big time targets. Keller has had some good games, yes, but he won't continue to have games like this. Gates will probably see huge numbers this year because he is their no.1 option in the passing game. Dallas Clark goes without saying and the rest have shown nothing more than Tony G.

But TEs are notorious for being hit or miss with the exception of the Gates/Gonzalez/Clark. Even Vernon Davis who had a great year last year is having a bad year this year.

Ochocinco is just disappointing. I have Lance Moore on the bench and Ochocinco starting .Oh well, I might actually win my matchup this week just because the guy I'm playing started Pierre Thomas and Mike Vick. But of course no thanks to Legedu Naanee ![]()

Gonzalez seems more like a 'high risk high reward' TE at this point, whereas other TEs are more consistent at dishing out a (albeit relatively small) number of points per week. Your point was he doesn't get as many targets and doesn't have as many yards and I showed that that is not true at all. Except for the top 3-4TEs in the league it's always going to be a here and there good game from your TEs.

Also, my highest-scoring QB was Fitzpatrick, on the bench. Well, uh, okay.
