People can't have it both ways on that one, is Blizz greedy or stupid? Stupid would be RMAH going live when the GAH doesn't work, and the RMAH is using the same infrastructure. (Had this unoficially confirmed at Red Bull Battleground. Intentional for this exact reason.) If they love money, running the risk of fraud complaints would be a bad idea.
