Open up two windows of paint. Print screen d2, paste in one paint, select the item, copy and paste in other paint. May sound tedious, but I just did 12 items in less than 5 mins, so not that bad. | ||

Or have a friend invite you to act 3 siegebreaker and kill him to lock in your progress. In this quest you get Tyreal as an ally and he hits for 29k-42k, so just kite and let him kill the elites, or if they aren't too buff you can lie around dead and watch him kill them for you. And when you have some NV stacks go kill the siegebreaker and repeat. It works pretty well for the short time I have tried it, and isn't very reliant on having good gear, but you need to really work on your kiting skills because everything oneshots you. My friend who showed me this is a wizard and I am a witch doctor so this should work for all classes. | ||
