Hope of Cain is good for rolling non-ancient weaps, if you want to roll ancient, I highly suggest Law of Kulle. It's far more expensive but eliminates 1 RNG factor.
Say you want Ancient Scrimshaw. You roll your rare spears and have a 1/5 chance to roll a scrimshaw.

Then the scrimshaw has a chance to roll Ancient prefix, which is about a 1/10th of a chance.

I wasted over 600 Death's Breath's looking for Ancient Bul Kathos. Nothing. 3rd Law of Kulle I got an Ancient BulKathos. Yes it's 150 forgotten souls but fuck it, what ya gonna do? We need ancient weaps.

I skipped the first two seasons, but I played a ton before the introduction of seasons, and have been playing a lot this season. I'm maxed on characters (after deleting 3 at the start of this season) and my bank is going to be maxed. I can only imagine how other people feel if they played through each season. Lol.

i had to delete some non-seasonal (past season bros) hardcore characters the other day and it felt bad. I just pretended they were heroes who lived their life, retired, got old and had a heart attack etc. It feels bad to end a HC players life without dying in combat though. ;_;

It took nine days of farming, but I finally got the Halo of Arlyse. Unfortunately it rolled pretty poorly, with vit and armor :/
Anyways, now I have all the pieces of my build and can do T8 easily enough. What should I start working on to improve first? Getting an ancient weapon?

if you were ever going to try it again it's the best it has ever been. If this was the d3 at launch I don't think i'd been a salty mess for 3 years. It still has some issues but on the whole it's a great ARPG.

Hey guys, I had a question for you:
Where do I find Focus/Restraint? Is it somehow act specific like RoRG, or can it roll absolutely anywhere?
Anyway I got 2 ancient Bul Kathos finally! I used 2 ramaldingdong's for it, but it was hella worth it. With 1 I was pushing T10, but had to have max stacks of Taeguk (57 at the time) otherwise I melted like butter. So I went back to T9 to farm until now.
I also finally understood what a pain in the ass "Electrified" is. You don't really notice it below... T8 let's say.
My next gear goal is probably some kind of Ammy with a socket/CHD/CHC + damage/str I guess, I need to socket Pain Enhancer finally for the rune trifecta. Otherwise F+R, I generally need to work on jewelry.
edit: I was also wondering if it's feasible to make a WW barb have 100% uptime on ancient Super Sayin form. That 50% damage boost is sexy as hell. I know HoTA Barbs can because IK set has some very nice set bonuses.

f/r can drop anywhere in the world, it's fairly common in my experience, not a 'rare' legendary drop like furnace, SMK, hexing pants etc.

Welp, the EU server is currently unplayable. I just died with my last HC seasonal... Now I wonder if it's worth playing HC at all. With that lag it's impossible to survive even through the leveling...

They can drop anywhere. If you're desperate, you can use the Cube to roll rare rings into legendaries.

There's a 6IK/2Wastes Rend/WW build that was fairly popular towards the start of the season. That should probably have high wrath uptime.
I know the regular WW 2BK/6Wastes has a goal for 100% IP uptime, i don't know how much wrath that gives you.

I thought the rend/ww build was 4 IK/6 Wastes and tries to go for 100% WotB uptime. Though it seems like people have dropped rend from that build already.

Can i reroll a sub 70 legendary and have it come out lvl 70? Just had my first nemesis bracers drop while leveling an extra DH.
