Basically, bullshit rage-quitter cost us that game. I'm really annoyed right now. LoL is becoming less and less enjoyable every passing day. Solution to your problem: Find four friends (Note: this guide presumes you have basic social skills). Play a game with those friends, use beefy characters. All five of you play with Smite and Fortify (Imp Fortify is required on at least one of you) Take Dragon at level 1. Use fortify rotations to make sure none of your towers are ever pushed. Player with imp fortify should be able to secure first blood in the top lane while you guys are dragoning since the splash will eliminate the minions and kill heroes quickly. Game is fun again because you can't lose. Notes and observations: Dragon doesn't spawn until around 2:30, which is about 30 seconds after the mid minions collide. As a group you should be able to do some jungling to get some experience / gold until he comes up.

Also, it was a team of 4 of us, and the Sivir was a random pub. I feel like having 4 people should be really strong, but maybe LoL's player base is just shitty and you can never count on pubs to be decent, mature, and logical players.

Jiji playing kennen in the WCG and winning doesn't make him a "kennen player". He made fairly good engages that won the game but that was mostly due to him being an innately good player. When it comes to Kennen specificially...I wasn't too impressed with how passively he laned against annie. Kennen should be able to pressure annie alot harder than what he did due to his doran's shield vs annie's doran's ring.
Salcepulse (now Salce) is great at kennen, but even more than that, his vlad is badshit insane.

Terrible Sona on my team: "I asked what you assholes wanted and you said damage buff, so I'm not even done lvling my heal." We asked for damage on lvl ONE. She was lvl 14 at the time. At 0-8-4.

Jacking is such a soft word to describe how Hotshot treats buffs in his games. In Hotshot world, if you're not giving him every buff on the map at all times, you're a terrible player and causing his team to lose the game. He got pissed at some poor warwick the other day for accidentally last-hitting a lizard buff in the earlygame and spent like 15 minutes shitting on him in ally/all.. until the WW started winning them the game, then he just shut up.

Hm, haven't played Teemo in some time, but I am pretty sure this still works:

Skill order:
I usually begin with E if I take a solo (bit depending on who I have to fight), and the rest of the time I begin with Q. from there I go:
R>Q>E>W
or
R>E>W>Q
E is great for early game harrassment and with just 1~2 levels in W you can run in, dart them, Poison and run out before they even notice. MF can easily catch up to you if her passive is up, but one shot and passive will go down, so think of who you prioritize in a 2v2 or 1v2 lane when harrassing.
Q is good for making sure they won't be able to damage you while you harras, should they catch up to you. It starts at 1sec blind and should give you the time to get back to a safer location before they can damage you with autoattacks again.
W: I usually get one or two levels here early (level 3-4 and then at 7-8) just to have the speed increase and the increased harrassment possibility. Remember to turn it off before you engage in a teamfight in the mid and late game, it's an excellent escape tool.
R: is cool and all, but doesn't that much damage late game, I usually use as an escape tool because of the slow and for increased map control (dragon, baron, various buffs).
Items:
I usually start with a doran's shield and a hp pot in the beginning to have better lane staying.
Boots depends entirly on enemy team, but I usually use swiftness or mobility because the increased Mres and Arm isn't really usefull when you can't take any damage anyways.
Then I usually get either a bloodthirster or infinity edge.
After that I get a Phantom Dancer for the increased asped, movsped, and crit.
then I get what ever I did not get of BT and IE.
The either LW or Ghostblade, or both.
If the enemy team is extremly tank heavy: Bloodrazor maybe?
Sell the shield at anytime you need money and you get enough from it to buy something else.
Becarefull though because you won't be able to take any damage what so ever.

i have determined that trying to WIN in this game is futile
i get on tilt and go from JUST the tip of where people have map awareness and understand what junglers do and know what a counterpick is, lose just a couple close games, and go into the land where 0-10-2 first pick tryndamere in THIRTEEN MINUTES is not uncommon, dying to golem is common, having 12 creep kills in a 35 minute game is "letting my lane partner get all the creeps" (he had 40), etc etc etc
if you don't think there's an "elo hell" then you're crazy
but this has encouraged me to take it a step further. i want to know what the 7th layer of hell is like. starting tomorrow i'm giving up all dignity, leaving the champ select screen every 15 minutes (at -20 elo per leave, i can get -80 an hour!) while i do my homework, until i hit literally the rock-bottom of the bottom of the bottom of elo hell. i want to know what it's like to lane with kids with downs syndrome and no limbs. i want to see people facechecking bushes they KNOW people are in. i want to get to games where i'm literally the only person last-hitting in any lane at any time. i want to see 3 starks and 2 aegis of the legion on any given team. i want to see people stack lifesteal to 100%+.
and then, i want to win my way out.
i'll let TL pick the champ (please nothing god-awful to play like urgot or impossible to carry with like gragas), and starting from the bottom, i will master this champ against opponents of the lowest degree, and work my way up back to the 1200's and above. i will be motherfucking Little Mac from punch-out, and eventually be playing in the 1600+'s as the world's greatest *insert champ here*
if anyone wants to join me in my experiment i will gladly duo my way from the bottom to the top with you

His jacking all the buffs is annoying, but I hate any time someone refers to "kill-stealing". It's a team game. I am going to do everything in my power to make sure the enemy dies, even if someone else thinks it's a "kill-steal".
