I think of it in that way because when I want MR, Negatron is more often than not what I buy to start it. The only hero I've actually played with any regularity that I use it on is Taric, and it feels like a great fit with his low-ish natural mana pool. It's definitely a specialized item, but for heroes who use a ton of abilities, I think it's a good item to take. It's also nice to not need Blue to have the mana efficiency you need, but I agree that unless you're mana-hungry it shouldn't be looked at. | ||
