How does a pirate go 7-0 against your team before 5 minutes. I really don't know. Is there some secret insane dps bug or something? Or is my team just awful?

A 'fast' RoA is like, 12 minutes, your typical 'I'm having a solid game but didn't get fed' RoA is closer to 15. I'd be willing to bet a lot of money that if we had a sort of TL inhouse, you'd never get close to 2 RoA's at 20 minutes. Maybe you'd get 1+ a catalyst, with no boots, starting with sapphire crystal instead of doran's ring(which means you'll probably get zoned by decent players, and not get your farm, unless you're Morgana maybe?)

You get quite a bit of gold from the early kills Ryze should get and the second one doesn't need to be any faster than your Archangels or any other item would need to be. Ryze needs the hp and mana and so you should get them. They don't even need to build up to be good on him, it's just a bonus.

And even on a dual lane I get amazing farm, and especially if you're owning them like you should with Ryze, the RoAs should be quite speedy.

Yeah I wouldn't have good farm in a TL.net inhouse because US server lags and I can't lasthit there

I agree. Of course it depends who the other 3 people in the lane are but generally Ryze does well with mana regen + E and the threat of burst.

sorry Nony but E pushes lane and lane-pushing is bad. ryze is no more dominant then say a zilean, annie, bird or other laning caster is. problem is that ryze scales absolutely terribly into the late game.

Btw, haven't played since patch due to a combination of SC2/Uni but did the Decisive Strike change make Garen better or worse? Someone told me it means he has to wait the full duration of an autoattack after activating before he can DS someone, but I thought it meant he can now activate and DS instantly.

Haha yea. That was a painful game. We had like all tanks and they were dropping like flys to like a level 5 gangplank. I had no idea how. I was so jaded at the end of that I just wanted to end it. I don't even mind losing, its the fact that ranked games are just awful. It's just a slaughter one way or the other.

Aznwiseguy is like what would happen if you took all the trolls and BM players on earth and put them into one guy. Honestly, the stuff he says is like unbelievable sometimes.

He would regularly afk at fountain in high level games if he didn't get solo mid as twitch. He was just such a character. I miss him. Every time I was up against him, all you have to do is set him off, which is ridiculously easy, if he ever fail ganked someone you just started lol'ing at him and then he just flips out like a maniac and loses his mind.... AND its a free win.
