kass is interesting. idk how much of a range buff that is. the netherblade is stupid. they keep trying to make him hybrid or AD. i gues its another spell you can spam for force pulse so you dont have to just rift around. boo kayle nerf. no suppression yet? i definitely think it was a nerf to panth, but not sure it was that much of one. lawl at revive buff someone want to explain these? * Turret damage scaling now begins at 90% instead of 85% * Turret damage scaling per hit increased to 20% from 15% interesting attempts at solving BDing. i think i like it. not sure how many games of mine that wouldve affected thou. prolly only 2 out of my 200 games played. | ||

Basically turrets do X damage to minions, but on the first shot at a champ they do X*0.9, on the second X*1.1, on the third X*1.2 (cos it caps at 120%) | ||

The speed of the void orb was increased not the range. It will take less time to get to its target. Turrets attack like this: The first attack against a champion does 90% of its base damage and increases by 20% every hit up to a cap (which is like 200% i think). Basically it encourages taking a risk to dive but does not promote prolonged tanking of a tower. | ||

I've had way too many games with panths going 20ish-0. I'm not even kidding. I even won a 4v5 carried by a panth who would kill everyone in 1 hit with HSS. Anyways, I hope people stop playing him cause he's just a stupid champion. It's always something along the lines of (Stun, HSS, Spear, Ignite) or the occasional (Ulti, Stun, HSS, Spear, Ignite) I'd much rather them buff an interesting champion so I see more original champions in every game I play. | ||
