Of course, if you can lane with a strong support hero and you end up against a team with pinpoint burst, you'll be able to push down a lane really easily. That said, whatever lanemate you get will always be gold-starved cuz you push and kill creeps. So you usually screw over your teammate by being Mord.

Regarding my lag spike issue, apparently I'm not the only one with the problem. However, Riot does not have a direct fix for it. I guess it had something to do with the Kennen patch. http://www.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=93247 Regarding my drivers, i tried to update it but it said it was up-to-date so...yeah.

If you have any lag problem but still want to play i would suggest Gangplank all you do is kill your own creep (your tank creep) and just ult in team fights. But most importantly b/c u lag all u can do is auto attack and gangplank is awsome at that. just stack crit + dmg item and let the auto attack and lag get u the kills. Very easy hero to play i was able to get positive record even with a 10 second lag + running into towers although i keep clicking back. so yes.. if u lag but you want to play, the answer is gangplank.

so today i solo que into a game and face TEAM CARRY. udyr, trist, ashe, teemo, nidalee. we didn't have much CC and they were absolutely raping us early game with their ridiculous damage (which shouldn't happen because they're all... carries). then we thought of a brilliant solution: ![]()

The thing is i don't normally lag, and its lag spikes, and its really really disgusting. And it makes playing impossible. There are a few people with this problem. And Riot doesn't have a fix for it, which means i can't play.

Just because it happens during a game of LoL doesn't mean it's Riot's fault. Kill all your background processes, like auto-updaters and calendars and basically anything that's not a core system process. You can shut explorer.exe while you're in game, too.

Most 2v1 lanes would own his face, IMO, as his range prevents him from properly surviving double-stun and mass harassment, not to mention heals. I dunno, he seems like a decent pubstomp but he's just not a solid champion overall ![]() Dunno what you mean by "fun" champions, though. Edit: By the way I dunno if that's really "team carry" as several of those heroes aren't very good at carrying ![]() Udyr could have and should have built as a tank. I always do. Teemo should have built AP. DPS Teemo is stupid and he's really a blind/slow bot in teamfights anyways. And of course, Nidalee IMO should always be building AP anyways, but particularly on that team she would have much better served her team by being AP/heal. Instead they all played selfish stupid and got owned by thornmail :p

I'm starting to get a better feel for early game Pantheon. After getting completely dominated in a few games last week by ballsy early game Pantheons, I decided to take a harder look at what Pantheon can do in the laning phase. At level 3, when you have all your skills, and a long sword to open, you do: 108 from Spear Shot 52.5 from Aegis 200 from Heartseeker 125 from Ignite If they aren't packing a shit ton of armor, this means that you can pretty reliably kill an opponent at 400 Health with just your cycle of abilities, and if you add in an auto-crit from heartseeker, it's around 500. Since you can harass like crazy with spear shot, this is completely brutal early game and if your opponent isn't aware of how much damage you can do in a 2 second burst, you can get really really easy FBs. This number also grows really really fast with the growth of Heartseeker, by level 5, your burst has already grown to over 300 from just Heartseeker, which puts your pre-autocrit burst in the area of 600 damage. Once you do your first b and add in a brutalizer, things really start to get out of hand. I was covering mid against an Ashe one game last night where I was level 7 to her level 9 and after dancing back and forth in and out of range and taking a few volleys to the face, I hit her with my full burst (items were brutalizer and boots1) with her at full health and just killed her outright. It's pretty silly. Basically, my early game with Pantheon has been too passive and focused on getting a BF Sword without really taking note of how much damage output he can get off of just his skills (especially with ignite thrown in there). EDIT: AP Teemo is a nice-counter carry who gives a lot of map control and can neuter a ranged DPS who was counting on solo mid to farm up. He still mostly sucks, but I do think he could be a viable counterpick in competitive play.

Edit: Arr, basically what Mog said. I think he's quite viable if you're 4-5 queueing because you'll almost always run into another 4-5 queue with a "designated dri- carry." 7-8 second blind is pretty obnoxious when you Dart + Exhaust, and with CD Reduc you can get another blind off soon.

for whatever it's worth, if you get the farm for fast BF sword, it's still better to do that than get brutalizer first, but as I've been moving up in elos, I've begun to realize the reality of farming up to it in a reasonable time frame. 1850 in your first laning period with just boots or 2200 if you open long sword is just not going to happen vs. most competent opposition :p... Brutalizer is just so much more manageable since you only need 1272 to get it and boots after a long sword opening, and you always want it at some point anyway since it's armor pen interacts with your best harass and best burst abilities.
