is there any way to see ping? only way I know how is using the "Find Party" function, but that doesn't seem to always work out well. there's also the "red PC flashing" icon, which I assume has to do something with either bad ping or connection, but I would much prefer to see what my ping and everybody else's ping is

when it lags, it is incredibly annoying to play with. also, are there any tips on how to keep track of your character? when there's a lot of stuff going on, I tend to lose track and it will sometimes take me a few seconds to find the location

Red PC and red PC with an exclamation mark both indicate certain thresholds of ping(I'm thinking normal red comes up at 200ms, but that's just an educated guess.) Type //monitor in chat and you get a bunch of debug stuff, if you're ingame(not just in town) there'll be numbers underneath the player portraits, the top left one is ping.

Pretty sure the game works on a peer to peer basis, so you don't really have a ping, there's just the ping between you and each of the other players.

Actually I just today learned that if you hold left/right when doing the priest's combo you go farther/less far forward. I'll try that with my BM and see if it works (BM's second attack has tons of movement on it, which is good and bad; being able to control it would be amazing).

But if you're the right distance away you can combo (gets a neutral chaser) to uppercut to chaser to dragon fang to palm blast etc. Or attack x3 to chaser/dragon fang to whatever. Or save up a couple chasers then just combo and spam chasers on a group. Chasers protect you from behind too since although they target whatever you hit last, they blow up on the first thing they hit and they follow you around....

Chasers are awesome.

I sucked a lot at first since I would whiff my regular attacks, but it's getting easier.

Definitely use lots of regular attacks with BM to get chasers, at least until you get water/light chasers at level 25. Not sure what to do after 25.

The problem I'm running into with witch is that everything outranges me, so I have to try to score hits with either manteau or an uppercut into their back... when I'm supposed to be using the aerial combo. But when I use aerial I always lose hit priority and get crushed...

use your AoEs like the lava to cut off chunks of the map
