NO WE LOST
but looking at the winners, I don't think they consider Starcraft players for these awards.

No shame in losing to Readmore - they are pretty much THE BIGGEST site for all esports in Germany.

Yeah it really doesn't mean much because it isn't exposed to the SC community much at all (esp. Korea). The poll for Korean Regional Player of the Year was held only on the e-sports award website (other regionals were open for voting on some sites like sk-gaming, EG, etc.) and Moon beat out Flash, Jaedong, and Bisu. I don't track the WC3 scene much but I don't think Moon even has had a particularly good year.

And the fact that there isn't even a category for "Best Starcraft Player" is telling in and of itself.

I think I liked the 'Moon defeated' photo best, the others were really average.

No idea why StarCraft A-Z was in there :/

TL did well to even be in the running, I think, seeing it is just a community and focussed only on one game - not even regularly bringing out news (that's left up to members individual threads) so nice work.

They didn't even capitalize ESPORTS correctly. Award credibility lost.

lol the whole thing seems really uninformed about real ESPORTS imo LOL
(I've certainly become bias against CS 1.6 and source after watching live SC every night on TV)

I am glad to see Quake Live win esports game of the year over those other jokes

Why is SF4 a joke?

I did have them change it originally (they gave us the Euro flag instead of the South Korean flag), dunno why they changed it back for the final news lol
