Just doing my random checkup on TL and I see activity in this fan club... For a second or two I think there's news about him coming back but nope, same disappointment as every time the feeling resurface... We need NaNi back, sc2 isn't the same without him =/

Well you gotta keep your hope up right? Personally I think he will come back but it might take a while. What's important is that we don't forget about him and keep supporting him even though he's not currently active @sc2.
Also checking in to see if there's any news about Nani. I could never forget about the guy who made me feel something about Starcraft. Please come back soon!
i stoped watching sc2 to be honest after he "retired"... i could watch him always if he comes back.. and i would have these 2011 nerd chills.. this guy is just amazing at what he does. i hope he is back soon and revive his glorious days.
I wonder how often Nani checks up in here, just to see if we still care about him, or if he has totally removed himself from the community. I think he's smart enough to realize that not everyone hates him, and he has acknowledged some of his faithful fans before so I know we (well I am pretty new so I can't include myself) mean something to him. Hopefully he'll come back on his own terms and then be reminded of the support we can show for him. too bad he hasn't been responsive on social media. Who knows though maybe he's actually playing StarCraft and is secretly top 16 on KR, just not telling anyone. Then he can come back and nonchalantly win WCS Europe or a Dreamhack or IEM. At least that's what I like to tell myself occasionally when I realize that he's still on hiatus ;(
Well for one, there are clues on twittter he is actively interested in competitions. He watched WCS AM with #datLucchesiPassion
to which Rotti jokingly answered wow dat passion, and he agreed and retweeted it; i think he's the kind of guy that just likes to shock everyone and suddenly register for some tournament in his overly modest manner "i will just casually give this a try" when he actually smurfed undercover on KR and trained hard.
^^These are just assumptions of course; but regardless, he is a smart guy and knows that a comeback decision would help the SC2 scene tremendously.

I'm sure he does, any progamer would check own fanclub every now and then, at the very least for motivational reasons
---- To be honest, after watching the BW scene and a break afterwards, what really got me into SC2 was seeing VoDs of two players: Naniwa and Scarlett; although Protoss didn't quite stick to my taste as much as Zerg, there's something about that general #foreignHope feeling that's really... friggin amazing and beautiful to cheer for.
