koreanphotoshoots.tumblr.com is one of my favorites :D not everything on there is HQ but there's a lot of larger pics

Uh depends what you mean by wallpapers. Most of my pics are just whatever I get from photo sets and twitter. These probably fit your criteria as "wallpaper" but I have tons of high res photos that are all usable as wallpapers.
