It says it was Narsha's sixth time trying to get a Driver's License. Is the test and process to get a license really hard there? They do seem to take driving pretty seriously with Daesung's accident and how they get multiple idol groups to do that traffic safety song.
Yeah from what I can tell it's harder there, they seem to make more of a big deal out of it.

As a person of Indochina descent take this as the truth, free of crude racism. ASIAN DRIVERS! Okay, maybe not entirely free of crude racism, but seriously, Asian drivers.

We have Eastern Europeans here, they could give Asians a run for their money.

"Traffic safety song" and "taking driving seriously" don't belong in the same sentence.

Might not be a serious song or that effective of a tool, but just by the fact of it existing shows how their culture perceives driving differently than here in the US.
Also thanks for the T-ara folder.
@Craton's post below: I definitely see your point about their government though, and there have been plenty of government programs here as well. I had forgot about the one where they put a completely wrecked car in the middle of the campus and basically said, "this could be you if your stupid."
No, I don't agree with that. They have a much more controlling government/mentality, so it doesn't really surprise me to see songs of that type, but I don't equate that with them taking driving more seriously. I'm pretty sure there are equally stupid songs on Disney or Nickelodeon, though.

From what I've seen, she's just a bad driver =x
She drove an ATV on a variety show once and managed to drive it into a ditch next to a straight dirt path...twice...

Yeah but my Korean friends said it was kinda difficult as well. The written exam isn't particularly hard but apparently it's a hell of a lot harder than the US one, which was kind of retarded (can you recognize road signs, etc.)
