Every romance flick you can watch on TV is about 2 people who become a couple and that's it, unrelated to wether or not that's actually good. | ||

Western media has the same issue for the same reasons, just aged up slightly because the "Christmas Cake" stigma isn't nearly as prominent. | ||

Anime has an open ending that makes it hard for another season even if there were enough interest, but other than that the anime was very faithful to the manga. You just miss out on some foreshadowing and small moments. | ||
