Pedo bait lucca bath? refresh my memory? I watch quite a bit so I don't remember what happened. Did she take a bath with Eco or something?

No, she was by herself, but it was really weird watching this like preteen naked, the thinking/flashback that was part of the story there could have gone without showing her bathing. (it's where she thinks about when her dragon was a baby and she was holding it in the flashback, but then in the bath it shows here holding the air like she was holding the dragon)..basically though, that whole scene the focus is on her boobs, and shes like 12? Also, wtf is with all these tentacles...man i know that sometimes there's tentacle fetishes but it's really weird that all the necromancia do is wrap up and strip all the girls with tentacles

Really? They decided to end the series with the only worthwhile character reduced to "I am leaving home after visiting omg so saaaaad" then "I can't see my fiancee boo hoo I want to see him but he is too busy catching up on work" for 78% of the episode? So silly, you can tell they ran out of decent ideas since there was so much fluff stuffed into it (which is impressive for a mere 12 episode anime).

oh ok, trying to remember that. I feel like I did watch it though lol. That's probably the kind of ecchi that I was talking about. I also don't get the tentacles stuff either. Seems to be pretty common in animes of this genre so who knows what the original anime was that started it. I would just ignore it lol.

Well, I think she recognized that she was leaving home but it suddenly hit her hard when her grandma was singing. It's like, I can still see them but nowhere near as much anywhere. I'm going to miss them terribly etc... It felt ok to me that it was done that way tbh. Even though she loves Livi and he colored her, her family is still important and it's a delayed reaction. Inevitable if you ask me.

As for the second part, she's grown to love him and he defines her which is why her rain song wasn't as powerful or felt off. At least, that's what she told her grandma so can't blame her for feeling sad about not seeing him for probably a week now. I figure they don't have phones at their time lol so she can't reach him to talk to him. The show did achieve what they wanted though. It was basically them showing how the two fell in love with each other after the initial forced marriage and how they overcame obstacles along the way (the whole ring ritual, Livi almost being drugged and fighting with her grandma and encounter with other people that love either character). Asides from Livi being a kid and maybe some more details about the background of her famiy etc... I think they did ok with what they had. 8/10 for me

No, that was excessively cheesy. I have to disagree with you. She can't deal with a few days its stupid. They spent the entire anime basically having this child twat king "tame" the female lead. She was the only good thing about the show, she does not need to spend so much time moping around IN THE FINAL EPISODE. The whole last episode was her being sad or crying, how is that a good way to end it? I guess as a way to say "GO READ THE MANGA" but it was lazy and the series was somewhat depressing to watch Nike get destroyed and rebuilt emotionally so she is dependent on this douchebag 13 year old so she can't go a week without seeing him without going full emo.

well, considering how much fuss was raised over him in her old home, it's not surprising that she feels saddened by his departure. Thing is, they both were overworked especially him and it's probably been around a week since she last talked to him. What's wrong with being sad about that? To me, it at least shows that their relationship has progressed through the series which was the main point of the show. Does it make her depend on him? well, yes to some degree however she was still carrying out her duties.

Yes, it would've been nice had she not moped throughout the final episode but from another perspective, it closed off that part of the anime nicely (showed acceptance of her leaving her family behind). I know what you mean though. It was a bit strange to see her being unable to wait until he comes back though we also don't know how long it was going to be or just how bad they both have it. To me, it seemed like the whole purpose of this finale was to finally show that they love each other a lot and depend on each other which isn't necessarily a bad thing.

I would've preferred if she sand the song one last time with him after coming back. Maybe not being saddened by him leaving but being ecstatic when he comes back then there's more positivity. Guess it would be a twist in that case then.

My main points are that A) The final was boring as shit because all she did was mope around and B) She was such a strong person before but now she goes emooooooooo over 1 week of not seeing him? She knows that his schedule gets like that its not like this is new, but they went all in on her being sad so that was basically half the episode. They threw a bone to her character's dignity by having her say a few lines at the end saying she was fine not seeing him but why then did you have her seem so down and sad for days over it? She is supposed to be a strong person but now reduced to this -_- I want you to compare her in episode 1 to her in episode 12.

hmm fair enough. The final was boring in comparison to some of the other episodes. Yes, you're right. She was emo over him leaving for a week, should've been stronger imo. I dunno why they did it, guess they wanted to show the bonding and love part. She was so defiant in the first episode lol compared to this one. I just figured that was part of her development into his future wife. She loses some (or most) of that defiance after she fell in love with her.

So, the final episode felt rushed, but it was overall a cool finish I think. I liked the giant Eco form, and I liked the scene where all the dragons are trying to fight it off. Is Navi like the connection to the knowledge base that all dragons share, or the knowledge base itself?

I had a feeling in like episode 4 or so that Milgauss was really Julius's dragon, but at the point i still thought Julius was dead, it didn't occur to me until later (like ep. 7 or so) that Julius was actually alive and the dragon might be possessing him. I'm actually pretty proud I saw that coming, even though there's like no clues for it.

I'm not a big fan of the Eco X Ash romance, I thought for sure Ash would end up with Silvia but whatever, it's like the 2nd best ending to the romance part of this. There's definitely an opening for more, possibly a movie...I donno how popular this anime was in Japan, so i donno if they'd do another season, but they should IMO...with less ecchi plz! lol

all in all I truly enjoyed watching this, even tho it's only like a 6 on MAL and some people here didn't like it so much. I gave it 9/10 b/c DRAGONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well, it finished on a good note so that can't be a bad thing lol. hmm, good question, I'm not sure. Maybe slaughter will know the answer to that one since he also watched it.

tbh I felt that Julius' dragon possessing him seems like it was pulled out of thin air. I mean, like you said, no clue or anything then bam, he must be our brother who was possessed by his dragon! what? >.> lol, sounds good then. Glad you caught onto it

yes, me too and that Eco will accept it but they went back on that. Guess he has to keep eco satisfied lest she goes wild and runs off again lol. There is an opening for sure, could have another enemy and work on the relationship with Silvia and eco but I don't believe the show did that well in the end.

I gave it a 7 in the end which is ok. Some of the characters were downright annoying. ok at first then annoying. The story seemed like it needed a lot of work like that whole dragon possession thing etc... Ecchi brought it down some more points especially when it wasn't needed. Aside from that, I really disliked the character designs. It felt really out of place to watch the characters do all that stuff in the anime for some reason.
