It's pretty normal you bash each others show that you don't like that she likes. I had one female friend where we practically had the same taste with anime except for 3 anime's. The first two she liked which i hated so much was Kawasima(i forgot the spelling and idc about the show) Maid-sama and SAO. It was actually so annoying that she loved it so much and i hated the crap out of it. We normally bash each other with due to discussing that show. And it was funny that she also didn't like Haruhi Suzumiya so she also bashed me of it. Actually now that i think of it all of my friends who liked the Maid-show and SAO hated haruhi lol. So don't stop talking its pretty normal that you have arguments with them. | ||

Always nice to hear of another Cat fan. :3 EDIT: Cat tends to have emotionally self-destructive tendencies is what I meant, but she tries to get over them, which is admirable and why I love her so much. I wouldn't say that I'm on the "anti-team" exactly. I just thought SnK was a bit overhyped, and ultimately disappointed me because it wasn't insanely good IMO. The action and plot were decent, even if it tended to take forever to go anywhere at times. Eren/Mikasa/Armin I didn't like much, but I really enjoyed Jean/Erwin/Petra (D  and especially Levi enough that I had no issues over characters, not to mention Marina Inoue played Armin so it was just interesting hearing her in a male's role. World, backstory and scenery I thought were really cool, to be honest. My biggest problem with SnK was that it just wasn't my style - I need more romance. I'm fine with having arguments about anime/music/whatever with my friends. But when one of them says some crazy-mean, personal BS to me, about me, over a difference in opinion, that's taking it too far. I'll probably end up coming back to talking to her about anime, since none of my other friends watch, but I need a few weeks to cool off. Eh. Sorry about the venting. | ||

Originally, I liked the fact that he always wanted to fight and such but then he could never actually put up a fight until much later on(if even) and that made it annoying. For comparison purposes, Naruto was somewhat similar but he at least put up a lot of fights and actually won. Didn't happen as much with Eren. Mikasa became my favourite after that lol. Once I got to that episode that constantly repeats, I pretty much wasn't as interested to continue watching. I plan on finishing it though to see what's going to happen. Anyone else here feeling indifferent about Haruhi anime? I think lack of any type of romance(from what I recall) was a factor although the story is definitely interesting when I think about it. In general, it somewhat reminds me of + Show Spoiler + little busters with the world and all. | ||
