If you liked TTGL, try out Gunbuster (its an old show that TTGL draws alot of influence from), and New Getter Robo (a newerish show that TTGL draws alot of influence from). G Gundam is another good option. If you want something without mecha, try Scryed (s-cry-ed).

No, I do translation and/or editing as a one-man force, get some people around me to QC and point out mistakes and if it's nanofate related, then nanofate.us will distribute it. If it isn't, I have to distribute through several channels and I don't really wanna do that because I'd rather idle in irc or what have you.

I've always been into anime. I just haven't kept up with seasons until the fall, since that's when I started torrenting (unless you count me starting at summer 2009 since I watched Bake as it aired via stream). And Japanese was offered at my high school so \o/

For some reasons I don't really believe you lol. It took me at least 700-800 to get to this point and I'm still using them in case of strange words. And there's no way I can read beyond level 2.
