I don't know how exactly these things were written in the original, as that could be a hint. If "god" was written as the english god phonetically("go du"), then it would support this very thought, as D could stand for phonetically the english word devil(3 or so letters that would spell "devilu". Can't remember how v sounds get approximated in japanese). Luckily since Oda has just not told us readers everything in the past, that could still be true if the original chapter uses "kami" or another word for god. After all, Corazon is just a character and could make a mistake, amirite? | ||
