And how to explain the Final Getsuga thing? At least we know why he lost his hollow powers as well, but Quincy stuff should still be inside him and he should be able to see ghosts and stuff, unless once again Juha was a bitch and didn't let him use Quincy powers.

It's all... so fucking messed up. I wish we get some graphical explanation in next chapter (same way Rukia did it in the first chapters, or same way it's done is some other mangas)

I don't think it makes sense. He also said that after Ichigo became strong and all he accepted those powers and wanted Ichigo to do well and stuff.
During Bach vs Ichigo fight, Juha purposely lethaly attacked him and by inner Juha Bach he revealed Ichigos Quincy powers, but... why not earlier? If he did that right away Ichigo would become Quincy like Ishida, not a shinigami. It's not like he showed up after Rukia gave Ichigo powers... He was there all along.
