BS because gin could have done the same thing. sure gin was the ultimate good guy at the end, but he still killed and tried to kill a shit ton of ppl. the only person he truly cared about was rangiku and the only reason he tried to kill aizen at all was because aizen hurt rangiku when they were younger.

tousen was another guy that became corrupted and fooled by aizens words. he became truly blind to his real justice and he did not realize this till after his fight with kira and komamaru. he became good towards the end of that fight and when aizen noticed he was no longer blind to the real truth he killed him. the entire deal with tousen is pretty much the irony of him not being able to see his own true sense of justice because of all the shit aizen fed him. this irony becomes even stronger and obvious when he is able to physically see in his hollow form.
so tousen was still technically a good guy, but he was just fooled by aizen in the same way aizen fooled everyone in soul soceity. especially that hinamori chick who was so horny for aizen that she almost killed hisuguya (but she was to weak)
on top of that tousen was a pretty cool character with interesting abilities. he use to be one of my fav till kubo screwed him over.

what about rukia, chad, renji, ichigo, byakuya, kenpachi, hikari and etc? all of these chars should be dead right now, especially byakuya who had his death milked to all hell. kenpachi also should be dead after fighting bach, but instead they are alive and are just in comas? Hikari was chopped in half from the waste up ffs and she still lived. same thing with hisuguya who was cut in half vertically.
lets not forget the amount of ppl that lived PURELY because of orihimeis powers being used in the most convenient of times.
CC will be back and they will pull some "like a phoenix reborned from the ashes" BS to explain it. thats how bleach rolls. deal with it.
and tousen, but he was black. black guys always die in both movies and mangas apprently.

You mixed up your general nerdrage with what couldve been a valid point, had you provided some evidence. And no, a minor offshoot charecter that works for a captain lvl shinagami doesnt count. Two instances of this happening in Bleach, where a charecter is completely "killed" and returns because of some unforeseen ability, does not make it a norm.
Aizen came back, because his powers (unrevealed at that point) rested on illusions and deception. Once this was revealed, it was perfectly reasonable for him to have "returned".
CC on the other hand, has had the full extent of his power revealed to the readers. Everything he had was placed on the table. There is no hidden illusion or trick. He was destroyed in one on one combat versus Bach, and his body was completely incinerated so there was no possible way a return could happen. I know CC was loved by pretty much everybody, but its time you moved on and stopped coupling your gripes with Bleach with the inevitable hope that CC is not dead. He is dead, he isnt coming back, deal with it.

aizen knew this already which was the exact reason he recruited tosen to his team. u really think someone of aizens intellect wouldnt constantly have his eyes on tosen? there was no way in hell tousen would have gotten away with simply ratting him out to CC and company. no one would beleive him anyway because of aizens OP sword even if he did rat.
uh yes he would have aizen couldnt keep an eye on him he was too busy all he had to do was wait for Aizen to be away on bussiness and tell CC "yo Aizens trying to make the Oken" bam arrancar arc disapears
or he could have alerted Kisuke Urahara that Aizen had found the Hogyoko
