well now he can get serious and fight, so then Bach can use the CC bankai and get serious
then Ichigo can go hollow and get really serious
then Bach can go holy form and get totally serious
and then Ichi dies and go full hollow and goes completely serious
and then Bach can eat something big and go totally completely seriously
then Ichigo can final getsuga again and go totally for sure this time serious
then Bach can show another super power and go serious
then Ichigo can use his quincy side and go holy form himself and go serious

From what I gather Quincy are just humans who learnt to absorb and manipulate Reishi, so it stands to reason that any human can become a Quincy. Doubly so in Ichigo's case being a human who is also a shinigami.

Pretty sure Quincies are human and fullbringers are humans as well. So he's half human half shingami but w/e.

Well, these current Quincy basically use techniques anyway and basically modify how and what Quincy can absorb (I recall Ishida can absorb surrounding Reiatsu but not really absorb a being through their Reiatsu). Anyway the point im getting at is their techniques still rely on Reiatsu so in theory shinigami could use them if they know how to execute the technique.
Just my thoughts on the whole "OMG and also a quincy?" But still though, wasn't this how the story evolved most of the time for Ichigo. he was shown a shinigami, he becomes one. He was shown a bankai, he manages to get it. He was shown a techique (shunpo I think), he does this as well. He sees a hoolow/menos, he technically becomes one but a very uncontrollable one. He finds out about vizards, he manages to become like them. He finds out there's a second stage to bankai, he gets that as well. Hollow mode has second form, shit son, I should as well (goodbye Ulquoirra). Lastly, he finds out about fullbring, he gets that as well.
Basically, whenever the story throws something "new" in concept, Ichigo is assimilating it or showing a version of it to a certain extent. Just saying

Explains why Ichigo's dad would run away and hide from SS if his wife was Quincy.
Or Ichigo's previous Fullbring training allowed him to steal riatsu from the weird Nazi guy who was throwing riatsu left and right in Hueco Mundo, similar to how Ginjo originally took Ichigo's power. Or some combination of both.
I'm almost certainly thinking too far.
