Fillers were boring as hell... and the Fullbring stuff was boring as hell. Then Ichigo got his powers back and I'm like "Hey, this is actually starting to pick up again and could potentially be interesting!". ANIME PUT ON INDEFINITE HOLD. Is it even worth reading the manga? I've always enjoyed the anime more and I don't really want to read ahead if it's never going to make it to anime form. | ||

It was at the end of the Fullbringer arc when it was cancelled, and we're only in the ~30th chapter after that very same arc. | ||

I was under the impression that Ichigo's Bankai couldn't be stolen because he's some bullshit human/Shinigami/Hollow/Fullbringer hybrid monstrosity and not because of how it works. That would be a really, really big design flaw on the bad guys part if their super weapon didn't work on Yamamoto, and pure trolling from Kubo. And his outfit + appearance + the way the sword looks scream Shinigami. Or I guess Fullbringer. But Fullbringers (and Quincies, from what we've seen so far) are human and he's 1000+ years old. Nothing about his design reads as Quincy to me, even Ishida's sword during the Hueco Mundo arc (which turned out to be an arrow or something) didn't look quite as "zanpakto-y" as this one. | ||

It's unknown as of yet why can't they steal Ichigo's Bankai. It could be for a number or reasons, but the compressing-type Zanpakuto seems the most likely. Juha seemed quite surprised with the flames went out... My guess is that he did not face Yamamoto's Zanka no Tachi 1000 years previously, so he had no way to prepare against something unknown. Thank god for Völlstandig, eh? | ||

Personally, I'm hoping Bleach ends with Ichigo trapped in that box. Kubo has made all of SS useless, time for the Captain Commander to rape this bitch and call it a day. Restore some faith in SS AND end Bleach. Perfect. EDIT: Wait, have we gone back to Urahara yet? EDIT2: If CC Bankai gets sealed I'm done reading Bleach. I don't give 2 fucks if Kubo is trolling, because this manga has sucked so much dick for so long that he can do w/e he wants as long as he makes it cool!!!!! Just give us some cool fights and shit, mixed in with some stupid ass story that you make up while you go, and end the goddamn manga. ...and leave Ichigo in that box. ...Forever. | ||

im allowed to hope arent i? besides this is literally CCs first battle, he was AWOL all SS arc, his fight against Aizen wasnt really a fight since Extinguisher interupted so quickly, he was absent Fullbring arc if he doesnt get a good fight now it will be a complete butchering of his character and even if someone does steal his Bankai hell jsut kill that person and move on, plus i wouldnt be surprised if his bankai is unstealable like Ichigos | ||

I'm just bracing myself for disappointment well the good news is that the big bad didnt like the Quincys butting into his fight so most likely that other Quincy is going to make like a banana and split IMO im hoping Yamamoto and the boss get sealed off somewhere for there fight (kinda like how he sealed off Aizen at the start of the arrancar war) and Kubo goes back to solving all the mysteries hanging around like WTF is happening with Ichigo and Urahara and some of the other confusing shit, maybe deal with all the battles then go back to Yamamoto (show his bankai first though) | ||

That guy was the infinite underdog that it became really fun watching him get around SS during the ryoka arc. Ahhhh, the ryoka arc. One of the best arcs of storytelling across so many mangas. This arc made me a hardcore fan. And then Kubo did his very best to turn me away. It took a large number of chapters, but he sure did it | ||
