Who? I literally had to google his name to figure out who you were talking about. I could care less about that guy and his bankai. You can't compare him and Kenpachi and their signifigance of their bankai, he could never be in the manga and no one would notice, Kenpachi is a staple character and one of the most popular characters in the entire show.

Choujiro: another victim of the poor pacing. Kenpachi would be too if he wasn't introduced earlier. But really go look at anything recently with Kenpachi and there's nothing interesting there. Swinging with 2 hands, owning off screen and then getting owned off screen isn't interesting.

Choujiro is not a victom of poor pacing, he never ever got any screen time at all
all hes done all manga is get punched by Ichigo and let the Vizard into the special battleground and then not actually take part in the fight at all
why did he spend so mcuh time working on his Bankai if he didnt even use it to fry Arrancars?

His character expressions are really good and his character details(face,eye especially) are drawn really good.
Sadly though,Kubo storytelling is subpar compared to popular manga standard.
His manga has take a really big fall and has dropped in the manga rankings heavily.
One of the biggest mistake i feel was making Aizen too fucking overpowered.

But i guess the CC and his Bankai are going to be disabled / sealed by some special sealing the Quincy have researched in the last 1,000 years.
