Can't see myself reading further when I sometimes need to motivate myself to read weekly chapters. I kinda wish I did that with Bleach tbh. It's like after that fight, he forgot how to write his absurd story properly

It takes only 3 minutes per week, I'm not gonna stop, even if both mangas clearly went downhill fast.

However, there's a point - it hasn't gotten there - but if it gets bad enough I just wouldn't feel right keeping up with it. It's less of a practical thing and more of a 'respect for its legacy' kinda thing.
Like if your favorite actor acquired a huge drug problem, and started doing some really stupid shit. Or if half the original actors in your favorite TV show left (coughscrubs). Sometimes there comes a point where you should just drop it, out of respect.
Not saying that Bleach or Naruto are doing this at all, merely elucidating that point of view.

Only thing is, I think it's going to take a huge mess up from Kishi to get me to drop Naruto lol. I mean he completely screwed over Sasuke's redemption by making him come to fight and all of a sudden, it's like the past is forgotten even though I, and I believe many wanted to see what he will do to redeem himself(there is still a chance). Same goes for obito somehow becoming like an untouchable God and now the latest story about humans worshipping a tree and stealing its chakra through fruit so the tree which is the juubi wants it back? In a way, it does put into perspective just how powerful the sage was if he managed to defeat the juubi. Also, lots of other things here and there have been messed up by Kishi but I'm still reading to see how it ends XD

Decent chapter for the sake of setup i suppose..should really start ramping up since the kages are all there now.
Juugo's curse mark powers being sengutsu feels like a TOTAL ass-pull thou to figure out a way for Sasuke to be able to properly fight Obito

Juugo's curse mark powers being sengutsu feels like a TOTAL ass-pull thou to figure out a way for Sasuke to be able to properly fight Obito It isn't, though. They mentioned it being senjutsu a long time ago, I just forget when that was said. It's certainly something I was aware of at least, so, barring any hallucinations I don't remember having, there was a reason for me thinking that.
And as a total aside, part of me really wants to see a fight between Sasuke and Madara. Sort of a vindication of the Uchiha kinda thing.

Really? I mean i knew it was Juugo's kekki genkai or whatever its called which Orochimaru mass produced with a part of himself in it to his subordinates but don't remember it ever being senjutsu...he never seems to have to meditate to gather chakra or whatever to use it...huh

It was mentioned as senjutsu a while back...don't remember where, though.

People like Juugo or Hashirama are able to much more easily use this power, but by some different mechanism, due to their birth. The method Naruto uses is the same Jiraiya used, and is something anyone could theoretically do, given severe discipline and training.
The only thing that bugs me is how Juugo actually has to tag along in the first place. I feel like there's a missing story arc where Sasuke was supposed to reacquire the curse mark, but to obtain a new control over it, like Naruto did with Kurama. Kishi forgot to do that, so Sasuke brought his band-aid out

I always consider to read chapters monthly instead of weekly they may seem to make more sense that way and less disappointments however every week I make the same mistake

I closed the last panel immediately because it was too corny for me

How convenient to have a Juugo's curse mark ability to be a senjutsu, and even more convenient that Susano can incorporate that chakra into itself.

Well it has been conveniently said in chapter 579 about Juugo's ability being natural energy related

There's nothing missing since Juugo healed Sasuke somewhere with part of his flesh. I don't recal where though but it was certainly foreshadowed.
