Let me point out that we have Tsunade who is over 50 years old that looks like a 20 year old hottie and Nagato who is supposed to be in his late twenties and looks ALOT older so your age argument is not valid in Naruto universe. Noone is saying it has to be Obito 100%. We are just all theorycrafting at this point and it looks like Obito has the highest chance ( at least for me ) of all the possible choices we have for Tobi indentity with all of the subtle hints through the series so far. There is still a chance that we are getting trolled by Kishimoto but it doesnt make sense that Tobi can be Madara at the same time while he is dead and being resurrected in the latest chapter ? | ||

But I'm with you on the Madara bit. How the fuck can he be summoned if his soul isn't dead. The entire point that the 4th and 3rd couldn't be summoned was because of their soul not being there. So if Madaras soul is in a living body how can he be ressed? If so then it makes just as much sense for the 4th and 3rd to get summoned because rules is for losers. | ||

Nagato wouldn't of been born when Madara supposedly died after fighting the first. Tobi also states that he "gave" Nagato the Rinnegan and in this chapter Madara assumes he was revived by Nagato's Rinnegan? | ||

What will Kabuto do if Madara release the bind from him(kabuto) like what Itachi did? I think the man w/ the mask is still Madara (clone or some imba jutsu like Muu have) and when the ressurected Madara releases the bind from Kabuto, we'll have 2 Madara/s and they'll fight each other and yeah .. Am I the only one who didn't care about Mandara being seen and just wants this war to end? Seriously, I don't care about any of these new characters at all. Especially since they're all already dead and about to be gone again forever a few chapters after you see them anyways. Combat also has lost nearly all meaning, its all god-mode vs god-mode now. Oh, Naruto is finally tired? You mean after splitting into a bunch of clones and single-handedly defeating the enemy's army and strongest fighters, he's finally tired? Yeah, it's a bit too late to be pulling in it "oh but he's still not perfect" bit. Fights will never be salvageable, I can only hope the war ends soon, Sasuke is dealt with, and Naruto is made the next Hokage. If those happen rather than continuing the manga, I'd be happy. I really can't see it turning back into what it used to be, so better to just end it quick. Since the point of the village itself was to produce ninjas, I think they wanted some sort of standard (hence the levels and tests and such). Though it seems their combat is based on family traditions. Then again, none of that seems to matter anymore. | ||

And then he saved Obito and gave him powers to control Nagato, making Obito an insurance policy for Madarra to be ressurected. But then Obito went rogue. It's a long shot, but just as silly as anything else I read in this thread. | ||

Tsunade is actively using a medical jutsu to stay looking young and Nagato's body was deteriating because pretty much never ate or moved after he created Pain. Madara's fight with the First Hokage was long before Obito and Nagato where even born, meaning that Madara was dead before they where born. I agree that Madara split his soul and found someone to put part of him into, but it wasn't Obito. Tobi is more likely a Zetsu clone than Obito and he's probably not going to be a Zetsu clone either. That the resurrected Madara knows about Nagato simply means that the two halves of his soul shared the same conscience, but when Kabuto prepared the Edo Tensei that connection was severed. His plan would have always been to give someone the Rinnigan so he could be complete and Tobi found Nagato. | ||

Madara found obito when obito was about to die. Then he put his thoughts into him, alternating his behavier and making him stronger. Now Obito THINKS he is madara, but madara died. Madaras plan was for Obito to use Nagato to resurrect Madara. Now this f**ker Naruto made Nagato waste his lvl 16 ulti, with agahnim. This doesn't explain the reason Obito reacted the way he did, when Kabuto showed him the triumph card... I think Obito tried to doublecross Madara. Plan was for Nagato to use the resurrect on him, but Obito planed to use it for himself. | ||
