I agree 100% on that last part. I just can't see them jobbing Vegeta that hard after this long ass arc. But then again...

As to the first part, I don't wanna imagine Kai or Bulma even popping up "Hey guys! Supreme Kai dropped these off for you!" Ugh, my head hurts just imagining it.

Wouldn't be the first time a deus ex machina has been introduced haha. Regardless, I'm looking forward to seeing how the Moro situation turns out.

I'm starting to see the same faults here as in the Zamasu arc. Starts with a great concept, good character development... and then the writers don't know how to write a goddamn ending. Then, stupid power creep ensues.

Yeah, they make these new villains too strong and impossible to beat. Zamasu and now Moro are just OP as fuck without Whis/Merus/Beerus intervention.

Fusion won't even work against Moro now and I don't see any sensible way they can win. Three have gaping chest wounds and one is beaten unconscious. Only thing I can think is that "Divine Energy" is the only way that Moro takes damage.

I assume Merus will be too strong for Moro next chapter but get removed from the fight for meddling with mortal affairs. But he'll have bought the time for Dende to heal everyone and damaged Moro.

Altermatively to drag out this arc further for no reason, Moro grabs his neck when distracted and gains Ultra Instinct because power creep is fun.

It will be fun to see DB super again cause of nostalgia (basically the thing that keeps running the show) but for me it lost all of his original appeal. Deaths do not mean anything(do you really worry about them being injured in the ground when you have 3 different types of dragon balls and angels that can resurrect anyone? Really? REALLY?) , there are no power celling anymore (hence you can 100% predict that someone will obtain new awesome powers to end the story) and why in the name of Kamisama does no one but Goku gets all the attention (yes, it is the main character but even then you can give you audience a change for entertainment sake).

You got the best character development in Vegeta and just do not give him a victory; it just has no sense if you want a good story (since the Saiyan arc, one main plot point was the competition between them to be the strongest in the Universe) They should have gave the victory to Vegeta to satisfy some of the fans to hype the series, at least they can give more power to Goku on Dragon Ball super 2 or something.

What about Broly? They just made a bad movie to make him cannon and left it there because he is definitely more powerful that Goku and Vegeta, again, something that made no sense at all.

Goku falls now in the problem of superman, DC just wanted superman to be the strongest character no matter what, they eventually create Superman Prime, an entity so powerful it is boring and does not give anything to stories.

In my personal opinion, characters should have a power celling so they can figure out some other way to defeat the main boss, Vegeta is a good example of this defeating Moro with something that does not meant gaining more power, if he would have his victory the whole story would close up really nice the way it kinda happened in the tournament of power with 17 winning, it was refreshing to see someone else (the one that honestly was the most tactical fighter of all).

Now, what are they going to do? If an angel defeats Moro that would certainly fit somewhat in the story. If Broly arrives and defeats Moro he will inmediately defeat the purpose for all the training Vegeta and Goku went through, effectively making the whole series trash. Or Goku gets an Ultra Instict 2 or some shit. As of now, any ending that I can came up with will meant the end of DB for me.

That sums up a lot of my feelings on the series too. DB Super has done so much to be entertaining in a way that only it can. But it also succumbs to the issue anyone could've seen coming a mile away when the series started, insane powercreep. When DBZ was struggling as much as it was to make anyone but Goku relevant, and to make the stakes feel high in a world where wishes can be made and granted, Super has basically just ramped that up on all fronts. There have been a lot of cool concepts, and great fights nonetheless, but it does so while ignoring some pretty basic hallmarks of good storytelling. Having a story to tell at all would've done it some good, I think.

This has been dragging on for so long. We could have just spared ourselves so many extra steps on the way to getting to this point. Or just not let the story get to this point. Either way it seems like next chapter Vegeta will separate Moro from the planet.

Yeah, this last chapter was awful lol. How this will end is pretty predictable at this point, though it was dumb how it even got here with Goku giving Moro a sensu. Such bad writing :/.

No you see, we have to have Freeza come to Earth for some reason (let's say his work was disrupted by the Moro criminals or something), and then he destroys the planet. Unfortunately everyone dies, so they have to use the now-restored Namekian Dragon Balls (since Vegeta saved them) to bring Earth back. Finally, Future Trunks comes back from the future, having saved Merus somehow, and they all have a big food party with Beerus & friends or something.

Having Oob/Uub play a role was nice. But this chapter didn't feel like Dragon Ball to me, more like Naruto.

I think they really wanted to have the neat twist at the end with Uub/Buu, but it probably would have been better if they had done Moro fusing with the planet after Moro got bodied by Goku. Remove Goku giving him a Sensu and going easy, just Moro saying "if I can't win, I'm taking everything down with me".
Way, way better idea, and would do a good job of showing character growth (Goku growing up and realizing that while everyone has the ability to change, some people don't want to and would cause too much harm to others).

Jumping right into a new arc with the last two chapters it seems. Not entirely sure what to think of it yet. I guess it feels awfully generic so far.

They didn't have time to hunt those people down, right? I think now that Vegeta is about to get some techniques from Beerus, I'm excited again. I don't wanna see a Toppa 2.0 but something legit really amazing that can be an equal to Goku and UI.
