Yes, they've talked before about how utterly in shambles that universe is. They don't seem to get the whole "order" thing and maybe someone with overwhelming power needs to take over. | ||

If we don't know why U13-16 were originally erased, to me, that supports my theory that they return and are angry for some reason. I can't imagine a situation where 13-16 are resurrected, and they are some really cool guys who are just kind of weak and dumb. There must be something spicy about them. | ||

The way I see it, if they are alluding to what happened, but not explicitly telling us what happened, we can assume we will be told what happened as it ends up pertaining to a future story.
