If lysa flys next episode when are we going to see tiny snow Winterfell? I say this because everywhere looks pretty summer-y right now
I been waiting 3 years for tiny snow Winterfell!!
Oh and a year later i feel vindicated for not liking the iron islands changes, they end season 3 about to go on a mission and then viewers wait 6 episodes for that? If they had spread it out across of few scenes or maybe not cut out the dog chase it might have worked, but the way they took asha from being in danger with ramsey giving the crazy eyes to "i am sure glad Ramsey dropped the keys then they got stuck in the lock so we manage to escape the caste and the dogs" was just lame.
At this point in the books hadn't Euron been introduced? Is reek into ADWD or was him going to moat cailin a flashback?

Here's Tyrion's trial, uploaded in YT.
Peter's performance was great, a lot of good subtlety to his expressions for various people. Especially for the Varys and Shae witness accounts. I think the gruffness of his voice to the crowd was a little forced, but the crowd was fairly random for a viewer I thought. It would have been good to have so much as one face in that crowd that could be recognised.

I like watching facebook for non-spoiler reactions over our local GoT thread. I mean, on facebook I have friends wondering if it'll be Bron vs Jamie for real, like their training was foreshadowing. See, there's your honest unspoiled opinion. Anyone guessing Mountain vs Viper has either: 1) Read the books 2) Read the books, but tries to use the episode title as a way to disguise what they know. 3) Hasn't read the books, but has been sufficiently spoiled by book readers. Someone put a poll in there asking about the strongest fighter and included Arthur Dayne. I thought that was cute.
He was mentioned exactly once, and by Joffrey when he glanced over the White Book. It hasn't been said that he was the greatest swordsman to ever walk the earth, and if it had, it's Joffrey who said it... meh.
No... The fact that Arthur Dayne comes up is just a pretty solid proof of the book readers lurking in the other thread and giving away small hints.

4. Saw the titles of upcoming episodes.
Even better than the guy putting Arthur Dayne in his poll is the guy saying he is the best.

The whole relationship between Jaime and Tyrion is being played out VERY differently from the book. I wonder what this going to mean later when Jaime comes to regret setting him free.
What makes you say Jamie ever regretted setting Tyrion free? On that note, I never liked in the book how Tyrion lied to Jamie about killing his son. It just felt like forced drama.
Forced drama? Nonsense. Look at Tyrion's character. He wants people to love him and respect him. No one does, except for Tysha and to an extent, Jaime. Some people like him well enough, like Bronn, but no one is willing to stick their neck out for him. Instead, he gets humiliated and tossed aside. The trial, of course, makes this all worse.
Jaime reveals himself to be a major agent in a seriously traumatizing event from Tyrion's childhood, taking away the one person that truly cared about him. Tyrion, in his anger, tries to hurt Jaime as much as Jaime hurt him by lying.
While spoilers in the other thread annoy me as much as the next guy, I'm really not sure there was any need for them for people to figure out who'd fight in the trial. There's just too many hints that were thrown around to figure it out:
* The trailer showing Oberyn and the Mountain fighting. * Oberyn saying how much he hates the Mountain. * The Mountain having been recast, thus implying that he'll making an appearance. * The title of the episode being a blatantly obvious reference to the two.
And once the suggestion is made that it's the two fighting, it just makes perfect sense, since everything quite obviously has been set up for just that. I think this is more of a case of the show's creators spoiling themselves with far too many hints thrown out here and there.

I agree to an extent, but I'm reluctant to completely agree, simply because Oberyn has yet to be named as The Red Viper. At least, I believe so. Correct me if I'm wrong.
The rest is enough to put two and two together, but the Viper could be anybody really. It could mean the Mountain was poisoned without even fighting, or something.

But, yeah, the trailers gave/give too much away.
That's true, but people have pointed out multiple times in the other thread that "the red viper" is Oberyn, and mods haven't done anything about it (not saying that they should have), so it's pretty much accepted at this point that viper=Oberyn. Whether that's a spoiler or not I have no idea.
It's just like the whole paragraph long explanations between the difference between white walkers and others. The show has never bothered to explain much at all, let alone the differences between the two, but from the very beginning people have explained in great detail what the differences are, so people in the thread just know at this point and continue to spread the information, oblivious that most of it comes from book readers.
I think it is actually naive to expect to be completely unspoiled when you're reading/discussing Game of Thrones on the internet. I think we are doing a pretty good job, a lot of major things haven't been spoiled far. 1)Who wins the trial 2)Littlefinger getting rid of Lysa 3)Tyrion fucking killing Shae and Tywin 4)Battle at the wall, Ygritte!!!!! dying (Thats happening this season right?) 5)Zombiecat
So yeah, disappointed people in the other thread are proably in for a few surprises. They'll get over it.

You probably mean Ygritte, then yes.
And good points in your post. Mountain vs Viper fight really is a minor thing to spoil in comparison. And it is also somewhat spoiled from trailers. Heck its an episode title.
Im not sure how people will react to Tyrion strangling Shae. In the book she was clearly trying to humiliate Tyrion with all the bullshit and the fake tears but it felt like in the show that she was being threatened by Tywin.

I was wondering why they made this twist so damn obvious. Why just spoil it everywhere? Its a nice dynamic that Tyrion doesnt have a champion more or less, Bronn doesnt want to fight the mountain, Jaime cant, whos gonna step in? Oh yeah everyone already knows^^
So when you listed all the other twists that are about to come i think maybe they just want to distract from all the other stuff thats going on. I guess most people want Tyrion to survive and the only way seems to be to win the trial. So they'll be suprised twice: 1. that he loses the trial 2. but he still gets away.
I mean that hes able to escape and go on a killing spree is pretty far fetched for anyone to see it coming.

I thought it was total bs that he killed her in the book. She was just a whore. Why would she stay true to her former customer, especially when pressured by the queen? There is no way Tyrion could have ever expected something different from her. Varys also tells him so "you knew what she was". Tyrion basically killed her because of some delusions he had because she had been good at her job. But I also learned by now that most book readers seem to think killing her was somehow justfied. I just can not agree.

Or... they saw the pre-season trailer showing the Red Viper fighting the Mountain.

Shae's end is largely inconsequential given the more serious act of Tyrion killing Tywin.

Yeah but that one is fully justified imo.
How is it justified? He knowingly threw the realm into chaos for what? Because his father tormented him?
The whole vanguard thing from season 1, I'm not convinced the intended was to have Tyrion sacrificed.
