Discussing the show and past episodes is fine. Do not put things that have happened in the TV series in spoilers. However, don't spoil things from the books that may happen in future episodes. Put book spoilers in spoiler tags with a CLEAR WARNING that it is from the book.

Honestly, I will be super pissed if they kill off Daryl later on. I'm just waiting for the inevitable confrontation when Merle shows up again. I can see it either Daryl agreeing and siding with Merle or him having a change of heart and staying with the group to either kill Merle or getting killed.

But, it's still fun to watch. I've learned that you just can't have a good drama show unless the characters are doing things that are absolutely, 100% batshit fucking retarded.

I watched it, and couldn't believe how it ended. It felt like a dragon ball z episode. Barely anything happened. Or well, thats how I felt anyways.

1) The utter convinience in which Carl recieved medical help at a home that was eerily too prepared for it. It just seems to ideal to be real. 2) They had to go to the school to get a breathing pump for Carl. They sat IMMEDIATELY next to an amublance outside, pondering how to get inside. Ambulances will have that sort of gear. Otis even said he was an EMT, and Shane was a cop, so they should have known to search those ambulances, but didn't. Just bugged me, otherwise still love the series.

That scene where they're trying to get some medical stuff with hundreds of zombies in the way? Imagine the same scene with a flamethrower. Their life would be so much easier with a flamethrower. Blue flame hellions should do the trick.

Daryl is a likable character but he's playing that typical bad boy with a heart of gold role. I mean, is this guy for real? He helps rick track down sophia, save the black dude, and then he offers some of his medical stash? Give me a break. Either he's up to something real bad or TWD writers are lazy lazy lazy. I think Daryl's behavior fits the overall theme of the show/comics that the group will slowly lose touch with what their lives, morals, prejudices were before the apocalypse in favor of a pure survivalist mentality. Also I realize what the problem with the show is now. I actually like the story but it cuts off very abruptly and you feel like you don't get enough for 1 episode. The show develops at a slow pace which isn't bad in itself but not necessarily suited for the 1 hour format. I think if this show was done in 2 hour blocks it'd be more satisfying (or they need to tighten up on the writing a little to fit 1 hour).

Fire doesnt cause serious brain trauma, and if it did, it wouldnt do it quickly -_- Fire would be effective if it was hot enough to melt the muscle tissue and boil the brain. In the case of napalm yes it would probably work to some if not great effect. However holding a flaming stick to one probably won't do a thing. I thought the new episode was not to bad. I thought the arm infection was weak sauce he better be turning into a zombie soon. Wtf was with the whole ooo I'm with the group then a few seconds later I'm all alone getting attacked. Also she stabbed the walker in the gut are you serious, she just got done stabbing one in the eye and she goes and shanks him prison style. Not sure how I feel about Carl getting shot I doubt they'll kill him off so soon so it's kinda how Shane said he was gonna leave but we knew he wasn't going to. In the promo we saw Shane unloading on some walkers I bet that's coming up in the next episode. Not really sure how they're gonna get out of their situation. If they just turn around and there's a door I'm gonna be pissed. Well all in all I say that episode was a 6/10 not bad kinda good it opened a lot of doors.
