Discussing the show and past episodes is fine. Do not put things that have happened in the TV series in spoilers. However, don't spoil things from the books that may happen in future episodes. Put book spoilers in spoiler tags with a CLEAR WARNING that it is from the book. |

Morgan, and Carol are the two most boring storylines. Carl annoying as ever pretty much all the adolescent characters are.
Also the show has prologues now but after the first break of the next show lol
Carl is about as badass as a character his age can be. Not sure how you can still think he's annoying.
Entire opening scene was stupid as fuck though. Zombies literally came in from one direction, in the distance from them, with everyone having plenty of time to react.
Yet everyone narrowly escapes after somehow letting the zombies catch up. Rick acts completely nonsensical and gets the old lady killed. The zombies somehow surround multiple people. Leg injuries all around. Morgan's pet escapes and they lost their doctor.
Pretty disappointing episode.

Also where the hell is Heath?

Agreed, people thinking Carl is annoying are beyond me.
I didn't like the episode though, just feels like everyone is acting too dumb. And oddly, it feels really slow paced.
|
This didn't catch my interest, played some co op while catching a glance every now and then. Got that lady leader died and that Morgans prisoner escaped, did I miss anything?
|
Well that was fucking retarded. I mean everything about this episode was just stupid.
The stupid morons who gave their guns to the Wolves guy. I mean just shoot him in the head. He isn't going to slash her throat before the shot kills him. So dumb.
And that's not to mention the utter stupidity of Morgan.
The whole cover yourself in a bit of zombie blood and they can't detect us thing has well and truly jumped the shark. It's a way too convenient get out of jail free card.
This season has been pretty disappointing. It's not season two bad but it's not much better. Feels like the story has really stalled and they're padding the episodes out with a lot of bullshit to try cover it up. i wish they'd have fewer episodes in a season and invest in quality over quantity,

It's not like they take a dump Actually, when Lori was devoured by a zombie after giving birth to her daughter in the prison, the zombie actually was too stuffed to move, thus rick easilly having his revenge

That last scene with guns being willingly given deserves this:

Also makes you wonder why they're not doing that all the time. Guess they like a challenge...
Most stupid thing of this episode though was how they managed to get surrounded when the zombies came from one hole in the wall. This made no sense at all.

yeah that cover yourself with zombie guts technique is an easy way out. I hate it.
if you think about it, they could do that on almost every "pinned down by zombies" issue they encountered.

I didn't mean that they did it every time.
What I mean is that they could be doing that technique each time. The question is why aren't they.

Too much risk involved I'd have to assume. Sure it works but you could literally die in 2sec if a zombie decides to bite you, also requires a little bit of setup involved to even attempt.

-Give me the guns, I want them -K

If you want to be asking questions, a better one would be why are they always in such a hurry? Rosita's group could have easily broke the windows on the garage door and picked off the zombies one by one without much issue. They could have done roughly the same thing in the house, at least to the point where the stairway is blocked off by bodies.
Another one is why is their defense and organization so shitty? I don't mean the walls, I mean protective gear in general, along with the inside of the city. Why don't they have armour (at least for the forearms and maybe neck), ready for people? Why don't they have weapon stations in the city just in case shit goes down? How come Rick's zombie survival guide is essentially "Just make sure you have a wall"? Sure they're teaching people to protect themselves, but why don't they have any strategies in case these things go wrong? Why don't they have a defendable safe area prepared or a zombie evacuation plan made?
These are people that for the most part just stand around doing nothing all day. It wouldn't take much effort to be somewhat prepared. Even the plans the old lady drew up (that she was so proud of) only actually took her about 20 minutes once she got off her ass and started working.

Riot Gear per person w/ Riot Shields + Swords/Spears = Legion Wall/Square clears Alexandria in a few hours.

It was painful to see those guns just passed over. Just take the freaking shot, god ;-; Also, as far as I recall, there is only one episode left this season so they're probably in a hurry to wrap this up.
E: Oh actually it seems to be 16 episodes split in two parts once again, my bad

This season was just a shitty set up for next season. And I'm okay with that because we got
MOD EDIT: Put in spoilers, I don't read the comics so I am not entirely sure. Read at your own risk I guess^^

Uhhh did you not watch the two minute preview after the episode ended? Not comic only material anymore.

No one should ever watch that.

Am I missing something? I watched it but what's so special about it?
