And obviously TL is there too but not sure how likely they are to change at this point. With 2 majors left and the rankings the way they are, a top 4ish placement should guarantee TI9 for most teams.
It does seem to be the time for a pre-TI shuffle. I really don't think Liquid roster swaps. They might be anxious about poor results, but they should know that success at The International is mostly independent (within reason) from success throughout the DPC season.

Who should get replaced with who? I like 33 and he's a good player, but he's probably gotta go. They need someone that's actually good on Magnus if they need to draft that way. Saksa might also be the one to go, but whoever has been pushing for Shadow Shaman for the last few weeks is probably the person that needs to go. I'm not joking when NiP has problems beating Tier 3 CIS teams with Shaman. They don't play it right. I know it might sound weird, but this team is made up of players that don't really play any "damage dealing" heroes with great proficiency at the pro level. FATA's known for his razors, trolls, SFs, Vipers, all with meka and tanky builds; Ace plays primarily illusion based and building siege heroes (the occasional Meepo not withstanding), and 33 plays tanks and team fighters. They just don't have any core player that specializes in heroes that do damage, and watching PPD try to draft around that is just not working very well. They had some moderate success with MinD_ControL because he took up the damage dealing role on that team while standing in and meshed well, but without that kind of player specialty around they are probably going to struggle. If I was them, I'd drop FATA for someone like Raven that can play heroes that output tons of damage. This would open up a ton of possibilities in their drafts in terms of hero compositions and counters and give PPD another lever to pull to make strategic adjustments while in draft.
With TB and PL mostly out of the Meta, Ace's hero pool has been a problem. (Carry in general, outside of LS, has been a problem for most teams recently, anyway.) 33 plays some heroes with good damage, but they're out of the Meta as well.
I can see why NiP would favor the Shaman, especially as in most scrims it probably is extremely effective, but NiP has ended up extremely static in their approach for a while now. It's been frustrating to watch, frankly. They're still a TI Direct Invite squad, but they've got no chance at doing above about 5th/6th with either the roster or the way they decide to approach things.

I love the Omni pick.
Let's go CHAOS !
Edit : Chaos plays this game REALLY well.

jesus VP is getting spanked
but this is never over with PA

That was a really nice Black Hole placement. Only caught OD in it, but zoned VP away from their low HP razor

Chaos: "hold my Skol"

VP's lineup seems pretty hard countered by Omni. VP have no way of getting on the Omni and they truly can't kill anyone else with Omni behind

Is that the first time VP has ever lost a game to a South American team? (no flame SA)

Max level Chen+Omni heals on one target is ~50hp/s for 10 seconds

Probably yes.

I don't like this Chaos draft in 2nd game at all. Meh.
Hopefully that's 1-1 and Chaos to straight up beat VP in 3rd.
Would be great for my prediction points. And shards too.

Morph just has to max out agi, steal flak from gyro, and end game? Seems like a pretty good combo.
edit: just like that

level 20 = auto win (wave form attacks targets + flak)
hope that is the final thing happening in this game.
