it's either the draft or THE EMOTIONAL FACTOR™, that's all that gets talked about in interviews

I agree. Liquid had tools in both games to take those games. Maybe a 55% edge after draft. Then LGD did good stuff with their heroes to win. They didn't just skip a game from draft to win.

Truth be told, this TI would be golden opportunity for him to be here.

Last TI Newbee looked so hopeless and vulnerable after game 1. And Liquid teamfight execution was not so impressive as 5 relative to this Lgd (last TI), GH, MC and the drafts were perfect. Lgd execution and decision making let me in awe :D.

I remember games 1 and 2 of the TI4 finals being absolutely amazing, before VG crumbled, but both were quite handily won by one team from the start. The exciting part is that the stuff that makes them win is tiny margins at every moment that could go either way.
LGD definitely outdrafted Liquid here though

I agree they did that in both games. It wasn't so bad that my pickup stack could win the game playing LGDs lineup vs TL though. Maybe a 55/45 edge, not hopeless drafts.

I agree that their two greedy cores needed to split up what they did more. Drum build on Gyro to fight from level 6. Even the BKB after was too greedy, needed to make more space for Alch or Alch should go a medallion or armlet build to fight. At least considering how lanes went, that Ursa needed blink was the period where they lost the game without hope of coming back.

damn that guy is sooo funny with the Naruto & Sasuke reference and slipped out of his tounge "f*ck"
edit: okay followed up by annoying "USA-chant-guy"

Liquid vs Lgd was amazing. But Og vs Eg has the better storyline and the feels (revenge and grief, the aspirations of rtz, the coldblooded S4...) LOL fans.
|
only way OG win this is if Fly made a deal with Notail to throw games at TI if they met to leave the team LUL my head says OG gets stomped EG's laning is wayyy too good and will take care of OG's tendency to fall behind during laning stage
|
Not very confident of OGs chances, but hope they will give a good showing.
